Air conditioning is still not working although there is some air ventilation blowing and a fan. Lucliky the weather is less hot (32 deg/27 deg) when I am there, so there's no need to open window at night, but obviously not too comfortable. Otherwise most facilities are ok, however they are not the original condition when they were rated 4*. This hotel should be rated 3* now. Location is fine if you are using public transport pass, so can catch bus 47 or walk from metro station. Going to city center taking maximum 30 minutes. We often walk back at midnight and street is bright and safe.

Yes I like the service

I went there based on the hotel brand, but I was very disappointed. The hotel was still under renovation and smelled of formaldehyde. I was not allowed to check in even if I arrived early, which wasted most of my time. Although some waiters were difficult to communicate with, the lobby manager had a great attitude. Maybe it would be better to wait for a while after the decoration is completed before moving in.

Very good hotel with very convenient transportation. Clean and sanitary. The room area is quite large in Paris, almost 25 square meters. The standard Novotel wine gave us a feeling of home. I will choose to live here again in the future.

The hotel said that its location belongs to the 13th district of Paris. After checking, it is not the 13th district at all; when I arrived at the hotel entrance, I saw a revolving door with severely damaged glass, and heard that someone lost a wallet at the front desk of the hotel. I couldn't help worrying about security issues; the hotel service is very poor , especially the front desk has no sense of service at all, the hygiene in the room is not clean, the bed is uncomfortable, the location is poor, the service is poor, the hygiene is poor, the safety is poor, and the experience is very, very poor

Bedroom AC was not working and no windows available. Low value for the rate we paid. Perhaps next time we stay next door at Ibis for lower cost

Very convenient but not very safe.

Excellent location, in proximity to Metro line Kremlin Bicetre to one side and Porte d'Italie on the other side and located in the 13th Arrondissement in central Paris. Easy access to the Tramway, buses all within 5 minutes. A very wide range of restaurants, cafés and boutiques. There is also a hypermarket ( Okabé) in which amongst others is Auchan supermarket. A ventage location for your journeys to centre of Paris. The very lively avenue , Fontainebleu is at proximity. The hotel is ideal for families. It is secure and comfortable. This is a first class hotel presently rated 4 stars but worthy of 5 . We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable stay.
