We stay here every year. While the rooms are small, they have everything you need. The breakfast is decent, and the best part is the excellent value for money. It's also close to Chinatown, making transportation very convenient.

The ibis Puerta de Italia hotel has terrible customer service. They treat you badly and with indifference. I had my reservation with breakfast included and the manager wanted to charge me twice for breakfast and spoke to me rudely. Horrible. The room had hundreds of ants and the breakfasts were very poor and scarce.
