Excellent hotel excellent service clean room top top I will definitely return 😍

ALL AMERICANS!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I understand the 100 euro fee to check in to the room. That’s normal at any hotel to make a deposit. HOWEVERR!!! They charged me 16 euros TO LEAVE THE HOTEL!!! I was there for ONE NIGHT!! 16 euros isn’t a lot of money but it’s the principal of it all. As well, I was told it was called a “city tax” which okay is fine. However 16 euros for one night seems odd. Just don’t go here it’s not even that good of a hotel. It just has a nice lobby the roooms are pretty bad .

J ai effectué une réservation dans cet établissement avec mon fils surtout pour le coin piscine et spa. Mais à aucun moment l hôtel ni le tour operator m ont prévenu de la fermeture de la piscine pour une semaine semaine. J ai fait une réclamation par mail a l'hôtel aucune réponse de leur part. Un manque de professionnalisme certain. Cet hôtel n a rien d exceptionnel en dehors de sa piscine

Really pleased with the family room size and set up. Food was pretty good and drinks good at the bar.

Bad services

A huge lack of English in a tourist area made communication very difficult. And who charges 9 Euro for a shot and then charges for the mixer as well. We had a drink that one night and switched to beer because of the ridiculous costs. the beds were great. The pool is warm and welcoming. Best one I've stayed in in Europe.

Terrific warm pool which we did not use. Very quiet location only a 10 minute bus #701 ride from CDG.

Pas de baignoire comme souhaité sinon l'hôtel réclamait un supplément de 80€. Rideau occultant défectueux donc pas d'obscurité totale donc impossible de dormir à cause de l'éclairage de hôtel en plein sur ma chambre et tête de lit, le rideau ne se fermant pas complètement. Il m'a fallu payer un supplément pour la navette aéroportuaire (5 minutes de trajet). Navette toutes les 30 minutes. Un distributeur de snacks et boissons uniquement et uniquement à pièces. Uniquement des boissons au bar de l'hôtel sinon il faut sortir et aller dans les restaurants aux alentours.

I really enjoyed the pool/spa and look of the place. Good staff as well.

Excellent four-star presentation! We are very happy to have had a good stay here. Ultra modern decor, large hall with canopy roof, surrounded by forests inside, large, very well heated swimming pool, we liked the Hammam and sports hall, happy to dine at the Nautilus restaurant. I advise you to spend the good times of winter here

Very nice hotel , comfortable bed and pillow , beautiful Bathroom. The phone was not working ,so missed husband call. Nespresso machine water container was filthy with lime. Apart from that , stay was good.

The staff were very helpful. Rooms nice and clean. It had 3 BBC channels on tv
