We landed in the evening, a 1-3 minute drive from Terminal 1 of Charles de Gaulle Airport. A taxi from the airport cost €27, which was painfully expensive. Check-in was quick. There was some low-pitched machine noise at night, and combined with jet lag, I didn't sleep well, but the price was reasonable. The airport shuttle runs every half hour in the morning, costing €7 per person, but reservations are required. We took an Uber in the morning, which cost €11. Overall, the location is closer to Terminal 2.
