Lovely hotel with great, friendly and helpful staff and excellent facilities. Breakfast good, bar area perfect, pool was a real bonus. The room was well designed and beds comfortable for a good nights sleep. The location, whilst about a mile or so from town was good and it was a pleasant walk through lovely woods and magnificent houses. Equally a short drive to just outside town with free parking. Just one downside there was no EV charging points which is a big miss for a nearly new hotel. There was a 300KW charging site a few miles away so we were OK.

Towel rail fell off the wall above the toilet had anyone been going to the toilet at that time it would have been a hospital visit. We did inform reception who said it would be fixed the next day, it wasn’t. Found a lighter in the house robe. Also a hair clip under the bed. It was a good location for waking into le Touquet. Coffee pods in room were always half full for some reason. Never enough toilet roll either. Bedding is tired. Soap had run out too. They do have bikes but not a seat for children or bikes for children so we couldn’t use these.

We arrived late and received a great welcome from Frank who obtained for us some nice food ( it was 11 pm!!) This is a very very professional attitude .Frank was like all the staff here,full of attention !We love the new spirit with modern fourniture and room was very comfortable.They just opened some weeks ago but feeling is very positive.A large and sunny terrace outside will be perfect for meetings or relax with a drink! Next time we should have a dinner since chef has very good réputation...see you soon for testing the modern indoor pool with counter current!!

Personnel au top tant à l’accueil qu’au petit déjeuner. Chambre confortable. Décoration design et contemporaine. L’espace détente à l’extérieur est très agréable. Buffet du petit déjeuner de qualité et très copieux. Peut-être un peu trop onéreux. Dommage un manque d’informations quant à la carte du restaurant mais je n’ai pas demandé non plus. Je recommande ce nouvel hôtel

Personnel très gentils mais quand l’hôtel n’a aucune âme comment voulez vous donner un esprit à tout cela. C’est un hôtel impersonnel même si celui-ci est sur trois bâtiments il y a une vrai promiscuité. Quand vous êtes sur votre balcon tous les autres vous voit et vous voyiez tous le monde. Restaurant impossible dit dîner sans réservation. Aucune autre sorte de restauration. Très belle piscine mais beaucoup trop de monde. C’est bien pour dormir mais c’est tout.

Hôtel récent donc tout est ok Personnel charmant et accueillant mais le tarif est prohibitif, 175 euros la nuit c est abusif Belle chambre certes mais standard. Belle télé. Équipement salle d eau minimum. Juste un savon liquide et quelques mouchoirs en papier. Des serviettes qui semblent avoir 15 ans. Nous venons au Touquet par obligation donc cet hôtel est correct mais beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c est. A noter 4,2 euros par nuit et par personne de taxe d habitation ça c est le racket de la municipalité pour payer les frasques du président de la république
