Punta Palma

I stayed in this hotel, the bathroom was dirty, the people at the reception didn't know how to bill someone from rif G. I left at 0430. I announced it 2 days before and it was a tragedy. The treatment of people is terrible. They take too long. They definitely have to work more on the service that most of the staff offer

Highly recommended is the Pool Day at the Punta Palma Hotel, in Lechería, Anzoátegui state. The beach, although small, is very nice as is the pool. The facilities are comfortable, clean, in order. Very good service. The snacks included in the cost of the day are excellent… The views offered by the hotel are spectacular… the immense, blue, beautiful sea. From the moment you arrive, your spirit is enriched with everything that surrounds this hotel. Very good option and excellent price/value ratio. I hope it doesn't change.

Hotel con las mejores vistas del Caribe, increíble ubicación, con Playita privada. Una piscina muy agradable. Instalaciones que dejan ver el deterioro pero a la vez quedan señales de la grandeza que algún día tuvo este hotel. Habitaciónbasica y viejita, con buena cama y excelente almohadas, mobiliario de antaño. Atencion y servicio normal. Desayuno básico. La comida de la cena muy normal y presentacion básica. El hotel con algo de refacción podría ser muy bueno, pero esta muy deteriorado.
