It was in a great location being minutes away from the train station, city centre and the arena so would definitely recommend if that is what you are wanting. It was clean throughout but in areas could have done with an extra go over, although the service provided was brilliant, always someone at the desk to help and very helpful also. The only thing my partner and I picked up on is that the amenities wasn't all that good, for the price of the stay there could've been more. But overall it was a good hotel to stay in.

Very, very poor hotel. Old, desperately in need of refurbishment and soul less. Not really near the centre of Leeds and expensive NCP parking. Can’t think of anything to recommend the place.

The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the station and shopping malls. The room is not small. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as the Chinese Super League and the Thai Super League. It is also convenient to walk to the museum. The only drawback is that the water power of the shower is a bit weak.

I was afraid of noise, so I noted that the room needed to be quiet. The front desk chose a room that was not facing the street, which was great. The bed was relatively large, the heater was very warm, and the room was quite spacious. No one cleaned the room after staying for a week. The bar is an extension of the breakfast bar. It is poorly decorated with no atmosphere, no music, very limited choice and at over £5 a pint and you have to go the ground floor to get some one to come to the bar serve you!! Pubs around the corner with the drinks half the price of the hotel, atmosphere, music, television a 3 minute walk !
