The hotel is brand new, and the room is incredibly spacious with no unpleasant odors. The smart climate control kept the temperature very comfortable. The bed was soft and the window was large, which really helped me shake off the fatigue from staying in some super old hotels in France. I definitely want to come back again! (Picture three shows the view from the window)

Amazing! This is a spot where you are getting a lot for what you’re paying for. Incredible room. Very comfy bed. Super close to the station. Delightful customer service. I’m coming back.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, with a Co‑op supermarket just a short walk away. The property feels quite new, and the facilities are all in great condition. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Although the housekeeping wasn’t particularly thorough, it was acceptable overall. I would still highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to spend time exploring Leeds.

The location of the hotel is very close to the main transportation / train station, and the service attitude of the hotel front desk staff are very warm. It is worth recommending. Guest room lights not enough so feels a bit dark,

Lovely Hotel in great location close to the station and shopping centre. Bright spacious clean room with big twin beds. Very friendly helpful reception staff and inexpensive.
