Good location nearby city centre. Nice and quiet room. Breakfast is fine.

Lovely hotel was very nice however the beds are very hard so bare that in mind. Apart from that it was lovely!

I requested a quiet room , which when I arrived was happy to see I was on the 5th floor . After the event I attended I came back to my room and was very upset to be met by very loud music blaring into the room from outside , this continued all night and stopped at 5am . I managed 1hours sleep , I was mortified . This ruined my experience.

Lovely room, only thing I would say would be better with a bath, also we couldn't they the room warm so it was cold for us

I would stay here again if I ever travel to Leeds again. Location is really good, right next to the train station and the core of Leeds.

Generous sized family room. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable and we weren’t disturbed by any outside noise. Managed to get over 8 hrs sleep which is great. Very convenient location with less than a 5 min walk to the train station. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife requires gluten free food ( which most frequently means no wheat products) and lactose free milk. She has reacted to soya milk in the past and generally opts for oat milk.  At breakfast in the hotel everything was clearly labelled if it contained wheat, but there were few alternatives provided and no alternative to the croissants and muffins. One waitress was very helpful and offered to see if there was any oat milk in the bar. Good idea - we knew there was because my wife had it in her coffee the previous evening. The waitress went and soon returned with a carton of oat milk. She apologized for the carton but we didn’t mind, we were pleased that my wife could enjoy her cereal.  However before she could use it another waiter (the Barman?) came along and demanded its return. My wife offered to return it after her breakfast but, no, it was needed immediately in case there were other customers who wanted it. The problem was solved by my wife pouring some into a cup and giving him the carton. Not the sort of situation we expect from a decent hotel. We were pleased at the imitative of the waitress, and thanked her for it. We were appalled at the crass behavior of the man who demanded its return. All in all it was a very poor breakfast.

Excellent service in the executive lounge, despite how busy it was. Avoid rooms at the front if you are a light sleeper as you might need earplugs at the weekend.

The stuff are very friendly and helpful. The reception was very helpful to me has I was cross from my friends

The room was nice and I loved the food at their restaurant. The only issue was their flush, they said they did some new plumbing and since then the flush needed an extra push, which in general were difficult and if you have longer nails it's extra difficult.
