Stayed in twin room on second floor. Check in was easy, staff really friendly and service excellent. Room was lovely. Comfortable and quiet. Good facilities and shower was fantastic. No hot buffet breakfast, but you ordered from a menu. Portions small but very tasty. There was a cold continental style buffet. The young lady who served us both mornings was delightful. Nothing too much trouble. Wish I had taken her name to name drop her specifically on this review! Location was excellent. Around 5 mins walk from the station and 2 mins walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars etc. When checking out at 11, the hotel allowed us to keep our bags there until 6pm as our train wasn't until early evening. Saved us a bad back carrying them around! All in all, excellent stay and would be my first choice hotel if / when we return to Leeds.

The room was small but quite clean, and the hotel's location was good, next to a shopping street and the train station. The only downside was the lack of a hairdryer. Everything else was fine. My colleague couldn't come due to visa issues and couldn't get a refund; the front desk said to book online instead. Also, the deposit refund was very slow.

Excellent, very clean, convenient. When I encountered a problem, the front desk staff were very helpful in resolving it, which was very heartwarming. It was also very quiet at night with excellent soundproofing and a very safe environment. So heartwarming!
