2minutes from station and lavishly furnished. Receptionist very pleasant and room large and very comfortable. Breakfast fresh and good variety Fantastic French restaurant around the corner in the basement too!

Very lovely experience; great location, incredibly helpful staff who let us store our luggage before check-in and after check-out so we could enjoy a full day in Leeds. Really recommend and would visit again!

Fabulous hotel very close to the train station. Close to many restaurants and bars. Room was spotless, the staff were friendly and courteous & the breakfast freshly cooked to order including a vegetarian option. Would definitely recommend !

Great location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

Great location, great place but the staff need a Friendliness course or training! Not a smile among them all….. 👎 Also watch out if you have a car & want to park there, they will charge u 20 pounds a day for the use of their next door parking slot! We had a suite there & didn’t read the fine print.

Room by reception, very very noisy. No soap and shower gel in the bathroom. No hair dryer. Hotel wasn’t busy and there was plenty of rooms of the same one we booked but, they chose to stick us there. That room should oy be used when hotel is at capacity. Think the receptionist was only interested in upgrading us for an extra fee. She sort of blackmailed us, she said this is your room if you don’t upgrade, like wth

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Stopped here for a night and slept like a log, beautiful building, top notch all around!
