The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy, with full amenities, and the soundproofing was good. The staff were attentive and patient, making for a relaxed and pleasant stay. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

This is our third multi-night stay at this hotel in recent years, but there won't be a fourth! First off, the staff's attitude has really deteriorated: we booked a triple room through the platform, but upon check-in, we were assigned a double room without any explanation! When we brought it up to the front desk, the male staff member responded arrogantly. Even though we showed our booking confirmation and said we didn't mind changing rooms, nothing was done in the end! The air conditioning was temperamental: the central system automatically raised the room temperature from 19°C to 33°C and then back to 19°C within a few hours. For example, the AC would drop to a freezing 19°C in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep, then automatically jump to 33°C by midday. It would fluctuate back and forth at other times too – who needs temperatures like that? A staff member came to explain it all, but the AC settings remained unchanged. The breakfast has also gone downhill; the mushrooms are still good, but overall, the value for money is poor.

The room is small, but that's acceptable for the price. It's also very convenient for city walks.

The room was clean and tidy. The lobby offered free coffee, and there was also a free luggage storage service. The location is convenient, close to student living areas, and there are restaurants right downstairs. I forgot to take photos.

While not quite on par with hotels like Ji Hotel or Atour in China, it's still quite clean. They don't provide amenities like toothbrushes or toothpaste, so you'll need to bring your own. It's about a 15-minute walk from Leeds Station, not far, but it's all uphill, so if you have a lot of luggage, that's something to consider.

I tried to store my luggage, but they said they couldn't take it. How could there be so many people storing luggage first thing in the morning? When they opened the door, they showed us a tiny 1.5 square meter room for luggage, and there was clearly still space. The front desk staff glanced at it and said they couldn't take it, maybe just a backpack, and told me to take my other two suitcases and get out, saying it wasn't their problem. I told them their hotel services explicitly stated free luggage storage, and since they couldn't provide it now, it was their issue to resolve. The front desk staff just said it wasn't her problem and that she didn't care, telling me to leave with my luggage. The room was also incredibly small. Definitely not recommended, to be honest. The front desk staff had a bad attitude and often disappeared, making us wait.
