Was a decent room, nice and clean It wasn't obviously stated that you have to go to the Leeds roomzz branch to pick up your keys beforehand... this is fine if you drive, but having just had a taxi drop us off, we had to get another taxi to another place and back again with all our stuff... wasn't great. Also wasn't any way of contacting reception to ask for a later check out, no-one answered Sunday and our phone was plugged in but not working so I got locked out at one point with no way back in...

Lovely well serviced and equipped rooms with comfortable king size bed, comfy loungers, kitchenette with 2 ring hob, kettle and microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer and mini safe. Shower room with 2 sets of towels, cosy central heating and air conditioning. These apartment style rooms are like a home from home.

I was staying here with my mum for my graduation and it is perfect. I like the grab and go breakfast with 24/7 coffee machine. While the staffs are nice, and i love all the facilities there like the sauna, gym, and flexible working spaces. Co-op was just a few steps for a quick errand. However, the bed is no comfortable enough for us since it made terrible sounds due to lack of support. But we survived.

Great option if you want a kitchen and plenty of room space. Comfy bed, clean bathroom. Breakfast was a plain croissant and hot drink options . Fresh and tasty. On street parking was minimal but free after 1830hrs on Saturday until Monday morning. Car park for hotel was full by 18hrs Saturday. By train it was a 20ish walk from the station. Taxi ＜5mins. £5 1 elevator Window can be opened a jar for fresh air. Slippers would make your stay a bit cosier. Location was by student housing and you could walk into town. A few pubs on route broke the journey down. Would come back again.
