So I spent just one day after the company event. The room is quite small, almost all entities are not free, also WiFi wasn't connecting all the time plus they forgot to add free water. The staff was very polite, and the breakfast was very good. Why 2 stars? Because of the early morning flight I asked does it make sense to order Uber and was told that it's better to order a taxi via them, just because Uber doesn't want to go there. So when the taxi arrived there was a visible price outside of 2.9PLN per km, which is a bit high. On arrival I got a 160PLN bill (compared to the usual 55PLN Uber price) and was pointed to a special 6PLN/km price written in polish somewhere inside the car. That's just too bad, I will never return back to the hotel who ordered cars with such awful scam behavior.

we stayed on 10 and 11 feb in room 1031. we were overall desappointed. We found this hotel really expensive for what we got. bedroom: curtains do not close properly so there is a gap of about 1 meter. In the morning it is bright in the room and we could not rest. The bed is very hard and not comfortable. We woke up with back pains. the amenities are to the strict minimum: no coffee machine as it is a standard in all 4 star hotels. Only cheap teas and instant coffee! the bathroom has only soap. nothing else. there was not even a floor towel. the catering (valentine buffet) was ok. Surely the chef did not hurt his food cost: chicken, vegetable, potatoes, cheap overcooked salmon. Desserts were clearly industrial with a lot of artificial flavours. POOR quality On saturday, the pianist was one of the worst singer we have ever heard. The menu at the bar and at the restaurant are way overpriced with 49zl minimum for a main course. Prices are really prohibitive and dishes are really not exceptional and certainly not worth the money. the water park is nice and our son had a good time. The bathrobes are very old and rough. The towels are ridiculously small and do not absorb water properly. in short, we were hoping to have a good rest and enjoy the quality of a 4 star hotel. We had come for children's day a couple years ago and had a good time. this stay was a total disappointment.

418 / 1500 Tekst tłumaczenia The hotel is old, but that is what is beautiful about it. Rooms ok, a little dark but spacious. Main dining room huge, food delicious. The banquet and congress hall ok. Lunch served during a business meeting was very tasty. Dinner at a business party was unfortunately not very good. Service was faultless, there were more than 200 persons and everything went smoothly. I was charmed by the decor of the hotel, I like such places with an atmosphere.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights as part of a conference. Today, the last day, at lunch, a disgusting situation happened. My husband and I came to the restaurant for lunch. I sat at a free table, but an employee approached me and drove me away. His argument was that those tables were reserved for hotel guests. Who am I then? Not a guest? There were no seats in the area allocated for the conference and we had to wait. Disgusting attitude. I lived there for 2 days and I'm not a guest. who is the guest? who comes for a month? for a year? on a lexus? who is a guest for the employees of this hotel? I do not highly recommend this hotel. especially for conference organizers. your guests will be treated like people of the second or third morta.

Nice place to relax after bussy day. 50m long swimming pool with 28 degrees warm water. Severa saunas in wellness part. Pay attention to have two towels - one to cover your sex while being in sauna. It is good to have some pool shoes. There is wet floor everywhere.

Huge hotel, mainly for events. Hotel itself is pretty good but room are just fine. It has a nice swimming pool area with sauna, but I haven't go yet. They forgot to clean my room a couple of days within 2 weeks. Good service, nice smoking room. Good bar and night bar (with disco, pool, bowling and gaming).

Excellent conference hotel north of Warsaw. Hotel is huge and very well suited to host large flagship conferencesY nice, extremely clean and spacious rooms. Nice breakfast buffet with as broad choice. Worth mentioning is the spa area and the fact that there are a lot of recreation activities.

We engaged the Hotel Warszawianka as our wedding venue, due to the situation in Ukraine a lot of our English guests decided they couldn't take the risk of travelling to Poland ( I wish some people would look at a map and learn exactly where Poland is) Our events coordinator Mr Artur Bidzinski kindly offered an alternative venue to the one we had chosen due to the reduced number of guests coming. We would to thank the Staff at the reception desk, Sylwia, Igor and the rest of the team who were very helpful. Our thanks also go to the following - the chefs who prepared the food for our wedding, the waiters and waitresses, the housekeeping staff, and everyone who went above and beyond in making our special day one to remember for all the right reasons. I would recommend the Hotel Warszawianka to everyone as a wedding venue or for somewhere very special to stay. We look forward to returning next year (2023) to celebrate our 1st year anniversary. Thank you all Alan and Mirka ( Mr & Mrs Miller) Bardzo chcielibysmy podziękować wszystkim którzy przyczynili się dze nasz Dzień Ślubu był niezapomniany. Dziękujęmy I do zobaczenia w następnym roku. Alan i Mirka Miller

We stayed here during the COVID pandemic (for those reading in the future), although at the time of writing many safety measures have been lessened and travel is now possible around a lot of Europe. Noting that we were here during the pandemic it was disappointing to note that the soap dispensers in the toilets were empty almost our entire stay, as were the paper towels and perhaps more worrying, the hand sanitiser. We mentioned this to reception on at least 2 occasions and even saw a receptionist go over to check the sanitiser dispenser closest to the bar. Having verified it was empty we assumed they would arrange for it to be re-filled...but no it stayed empty for the rest of the trip. Even in normal times not re-filling soap, paper towels etc. is poor, but during a health crisis it is unacceptable (I should however point out that there were some sanitiser dispensers that did not run out, so I'm not suggesting it was all of them). Check in itself was very quick and easy, the receptionist was very helpful and gave us a brief overview of the hotel (it is massive so this was quite helpful), we then walked towards our room and were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in a Junior suite, which had a large double as well as second room with a sofa made up into a large camp bed for our (small) daughter. It also had 2 bathrooms. The room decor was nice, it had a large balcony and even a partial lake view, albeit mostly blocked by trees. The hotel provides bottles of water on arrival, but due to the pandemic cleaning had to be requested on an ad-hoc basis (i.e. if you needed new towels etc.), but not a big deal and of course that's just the way it is at the moment. The only real gripe we had with the room was that one of the fridges didn't work (but as we had a second one, it wasn't a problem for us) and the air con only seemed to work in one section at a time, i.e. if you had it on in the bedroom it didn't cool the lounge area or the reverse, which seemed odd. But that aside, it was spacious and reasonable value too in terms of cost. Breakfast was included and was reasonable, not amazing, but nothing negative to say about it. The hot selection and pastry selection were maybe slightly limited, but in reality there was plenty of choice and they seemed to keep it topped up fairly frequently too. Unfortunately some of the restaurants weren't open, so we couldn't try them all, the yacht club in particular looked promising and it was disappointing to find this was shut as the web site implied it was open (if you check now it clearly shows the Galleria restaurant is shut, but no notice the yacht club restaurant is shut), however there were still 2 places to eat on site (at this time, normally I believe there are 4 in total) plus an additional bar (additionally if you have the half board option then you can eat in the same place as breakfast, although we didn't try this for lunch or dinner). The Chata restaurant serves traditional style Polish food albeit
