The council put me in a temporary accommodation after looking at the reviews I didn’t even bother staying there I just checked in for a month but I don’t even stay a night what run down place filthy staff filthy lifts smells so bad that I nearly vomited wouldn’t even stay even if I was desperate I rather sleep on the bus shelters stay away from that place

Thirst experience! Rooms look nothing as advertised, the staff harass you and aren’t accommodating. If anything is broken in the room there’s no 24/7 maintenance . Don’t waste your time and listen to the negative reviews

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE! We stayed here for one night and were met with a long list of problems: The general cleanliness of the apartment was extremely poor, with multiple marks on all walls, and especially evident staining on the living area wall. Rips and large stains on the bedding. Lots of fungi build up in the shower area. No cutlery provided despite having an oven and hob. The glasses provided had cracks down them. Bathroom tiles and living room floor boards were loose. Dining chairs were falling apart. Bedroom wardrobe was falling forwards with nails sticking out the back of it Although stated there would be, no towels were provided (despite being 40 degrees outside and all needing showers). When we re-requested for these at check-in, they arrived almost 2 hours after arrival by which point we had to leave for our evening out. We have tried to contact management several times via email and phone calls after conversations we had with the manager during our stay where we expressed the issues we had. We have been ignored and provided with no resolution or even an apology for the conditions we were staying in. On occasions when we have got through on the phone and gave the name our booking was under, we got told by the staff member on the phone that they couldn't help and that the manager was busy before abruptly ending the call. I'd avoid staying here at all costs and go somewhere much cleaner and with friendlier and more understanding staff.

Where do I start???, turned up at 15.30 to find out the receptionist was on a break (15.00 check in for everyone), after waiting for 30 mins we actually got our room keys, as we got to the room, I opened the door and started walking in to find out that someone was sleeping on the bed, the apartment was a complete mess, we immediately walked out and there was a cleaner supervisor there, she said its OK he's a long stay resident (why was that room allocated to us then? eventually went back downstairs to reception where we got met we 3 or 4 familys waiting to check in, we waited as British do, then the receptionist told round and said you will have to wait for the original room we had to be cleaned and the man to move on, I instantly said NO, that room needs a real deep clean, I asked for another room when we got told No other rooms available, (where do we stop now?, only 1 room in Leicester available for 240 quid available) the manager actually said to us that he was not authorised to pay this, so eventually after arguing he rearranged the rooms so we could have a room bigger that someone was checking in later, till we got in there and it was just a complete and utter disgrace, really dirty and shocking everything, was even considering sleeping in our car at 1 stage

The plumbing work was poor and the sink kept making loud noises all night. The best sheets were dirty. The window was broken and would not close and it was freezing cold. There was noise all night

Good location for walking around central Leicester. The proprietor was very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was clean with well equipped kitchen. Convenient for a two night stay. Utility rather than luxurious.

Not clean properly the walls were weaned and teared down. theres kids playing phone games and yelling in the hallways, you can hear all the kids in the other apartments too

I’m writing this to protect anyone who is thinking of booking to stay here We turned back out and almost ran to another hotel There aren’t many things that shock me in life and I’m very down to earth however this place is like something from a horror movie and looks like a homeless shelter not a hotel or apartment God forbid you ever find yourself homeless but you may need the shelter but you would not stay here out of choice , and I would not pay 50p to have stayed here Shabby , dirty , prison style basic human needs style I get a cold shiver writing this and remembering the experience To think we had 2 children as well , would not have wanted a dog to stay in this environment never mind a child AVOID !!!!
