Standard premier inn accommodation. Room was clean and warm

Very friendly staff especially Julie who served us in the restaurant she was really friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Nice hotel, comfy beds, pleasant stay.

Excellent food and wonderful service from the kitchen and Julie. Absolutely wonderful, thank you all for a great meal 👍

Emma and Julie the staff are absolutely amazing and cannot do enough they have been run off there feet all night due to the chef been absolutely terrible with the food orders we ordered are food when there was only six people in the restaurant after ordering at half past six it finely came at eight thirty Emma and Julie could not stop saying sorry for the chef that is unable to work under pressure this is unacceptable when you have been working all day and all you want to do is have a bit of food then go to bed but it feels like I have done a double shift just waiting painfully for my food Emma and Julie please keep up with your hard work

Room dated for Premier Inn, but okay. . But the dining experience is shocking, I am unsure if this is due to Premier inn changing food outlets from out sourced pubs to in-house but this place is very under staffed. 2 ladies on duty very good but were serving at bar, seating people, taking orders from tables, delivering food, taking payments and above all apologising for what is evidently not their fault. Good staff but not enough of them. New Premier inn menu disappointing also.

When staying at the hotel we used the restaurant to have the meal deal. We found all the food plus the unlimited breakfast to be of good quality and very good value for money. All the staff we met either in the restaurant or on the reception were very polite, friendly and helpful. A big thankyou to Daniel P, Amy, Julie and Sharna for making us feel we welcome.

Unfortunately, as we couldn't leave our pet dog at home this meant we couldn't stay here this time. Even though we did stay in another hotel, it didn't stop us walking up to get our breakfast from here 😋. It's in a great location close to my daughter, so we can meet up in here and catch up over a leisurely breakfast in a relaxing atmosphere 😋 It's always clean and welcoming and nothing was too much effort for Daniel who was our breakfast host. I even saw him go and open the door for more patrons that were coming in to eat. That's something you don't get much of nowadays to be honest. The cold continental buffet is still the same, but they've done away with the hot breakfast buffet since we were last there. You can still order hot food items from the server as many times as you like though. I think this is better, as at least it's hot when you get it and I'm sure it cuts down on wastage all round. For £11.99 for unlimited pretty much everything, hot and cold food items, even tea, coffee, apple, orange and cranberry juice is included, it's amazing value for money. Definitely worth popping in just for breakfast, as you don't need to be a guest to do so. Thanks Dan for such awesome service and hopefully we'll be back again next Sunday for breakfast 😋😋

I’ve stayed here several times. It’s a great hotel, all the staff are brilliant and friendly and the food is always is always great! Julie was great.
