Thoroughly disappointed with the service, or the lack of it! There is no bar so one could not meet with friends before dinner or meetings! THERE IS NO DINING ROOM, THEY DON'T SERVE BREAKFASTS & DINNERS!

Very dirty room bad smells very bad bathroom the shower are nor working expecting free car park which not there is no free car park on the area

Stayed here with friends for a birthday, when we got to the checking desk we was told by the staff we wasn’t a loud a key to our own room to lock the door , they kept the key. We had to keep our valuables in the car, the walls were disgusting covered in excrement and what looked like bogeys spit or other bodily fluids! The sheets were disgusting, bath room was mouldy and dirty, only a kettle in the room with a small wardrobe. The place seemed uneasy and people walking around at all hours making noise, we didn’t stay there as we were worried for our lives! No refunds given and reassured by the front desk them keeping the door key was normal procedure! We left and did not stay the night AVOID AT ALL COST! Do not waste money here . Staff were see smoking in the free rooms and doing illegal things and speaking to them they said they have s*x with each other

The photos online and the reality are worlds apart. The hotel looked abandoned, like it was inhabited by homeless people. The smell and dirt were overwhelming. We had to watch out for broken furniture on the stairs, a damaged wall, and debris on the floor. The bedding and bathroom were filthy. We left without staying even 10 minutes. This place should be shut down, not showcasing beautiful photos from maybe 20 years ago when it looked decent.

Imagine camping without a tent, but worse This hotel is no where near as good as the pictures, I’ll start from the beginning, there is no free parking like advertised. When I went to check in I noticed a very strange smell, can’t quite explain it but it wasn’t good. The room was bare, no tv, black hairs found in the bed, very dirty and dated. There was a kettle but no cups or tea/coffee. The bathroom was disgusting and the shower had very low pressure. The room was booked via work so had to stay, contemplated sleeping in my car. Please read the over reviews before booking this place. 1 good thing the girl on reception was helpful and polite.
