門口就是公園,斜對面、公園旁就是歌劇院,離火車站也相當近;軌道交通從門前過,略有聲音

Two nights with two kids and the hotel has been fantastic. Super friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean and not too hot or cold. No noise issues at all. A well stocked drinks tray was provided. Breakfast had so much choice and many vegan options. The bar offered some great drink options and all were reasonably priced. A fantastic location for the station and Christmas markets. We would 100% recommend and stay again. This I would say is not your average premier inn it’s so much better.

I used to stay in 50 to 60 hotels a year with work - mainly in the UK. I would avoid PermierInn / Travel Lodge. This trip was part of my retirement gift from my wife - a visit to Colditz Castle included. How pleasantly surprised I was on arrival- clean , tidy , modern and a nice scent in the reception. Reception staff all friendly - all speaking good English (Note to self - Learn another language). The room was at the rear, over looking the courtyard - you just hear the rumble of the trams. Massive zip bed and roomy shower. Only complaint would be the TV - only news channels is English. Happy hour every day 1700 to 1900 - billy bonus. However the menu is lacking Burgers, Pizzas or Toasties. First night no Burgers - Last night only Pizza. Also on the last night the bar staff took 4 orders and said he’d bring the drinks- but it took ages. After 10 mins I went to bar to order food and three or four others in the queue got their drinks before we did. When I ask where my drinks were I was informed the pump was broken and offered alternates. If I had known there was limited food we would have left immediately to find something else. Housekeeping - what a good scheme - donate to charity for not cleaning rooms. We still got clean towels and tea/coffee on request. Will we return - you bet we will.

After a less than satisfactory arrival in my room, things were quickly rectified. I’m a Hotel Manager in England so appreciate that things go wrong, it’s how the issues are dealt with though. Marcel on the front desk assisted brilliantly, my thanks so him. The room was very comfortable, modern decor, good view and great bathroom. Breakfast was definitely worth €16.90 with a brilliant selection of hot and cold foods (great coffee too!). Well located for the main train station and the Euro 24 Fanzone.

This hotel is in a great location and in a great shape. The rooms are very big and the beds are comfy. The staff are pleasant to deal with and they offer early check in at 15 euros which is a very good value. I would rate it 5 but I struggled to get any sleep. Our room was facing the tram line just outside the hotel and the noise kept me up almost all night. Because the air con was non existent and the room was hot the only way was to leave the window open for some air. I'd advise to request the room facing back of the hotel.
Response from Property: Dear guest, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're delighted to hear that you found our hotel in leipzig to be in a great location and that you appreciated the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We also appreciate your kind words about our staff and the value offered for early check-in. However, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with noise from the tram line outside your room. We understand how disruptive this can be to a good night's sleep, especially when coupled with a warm room. Could you please tell us more about the issue with the air condition? Your suggestion to request a room facing the back of the hotel is noted, and we will do our best to accommodate such requests in the future. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more restful stay in the future. Best regards, Giuliano Graßmuck Assistant Hotel Manager

This is a good, well maintained and clean hotel with super friendly staff. The breakfast was good with a suitable quality and variety of food. It is well situated a short walk from the railway station so is ideal for anyone travelling by train.

There are some excellent things about this hotel, but some serious and, frankly, bogus problems. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable, and breakfast is sufficient. The location is excellent. The drawbacks are that when we checked in, we were charged a higher rate for breakfast than when had had booked the hotel three months ago, (when I booked it was 13,50 and now it is 15,50) and no explanation was offered for this. Additionally, we stayed for four nights, and no housekeeping was performed during that time because, we were told, the money was being “sent to needy children.” This is ridiculous. We spent nearly 1000 Euros for our family to stay at this hotel, and we didn’t know that in exchange for housekeeping services, we would be told that our money was being offered to charity. It’s kind of insulting to a family on holiday being told “these children need it” (which is what the receptionist told us) when we are spending our hard-earned money for our hotel, which should include a stocked bathroom, trash removal, and basic cleaning. Since there was no housekeeping, and the trash bins are tiny in the bedroom, our trash piled up and our room stank. Additionally, the toilet is already stained in this new facility, likely due to this policy of not cleaning every day. We received additional towels when we requested them, but we had to hunt down a maid for toilet paper. I understand the eco-hotel culture of not putting out fresh towels everyday, but trash needs to be removed, basic housekeeping performed, and toilet paper restocked without our asking for it. I’m all for giving to charity, but we shouldn’t be forced in a weird transaction at check-in on holiday to be told that our money is being sent to needy children instead of cleaning the facility where we have spent our vacation money. I wouldn’t stay at one of this chain again, and I won’t recommend it to friends or travel clients until they change their policy and perform basic housecleaning daily.
Response from Property: Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate your kind words regarding the quiet rooms, comfortable beds, and the sufficient breakfast. We take all feedback seriously, both positive and negative, as it helps us improve our services. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused regarding the breakfast rate discrepancy. Our rates are subject to change, and we strive to communicate any adjustments clearly. We understand your frustration and will work on enhancing our communication to avoid such misunderstandings in the future. Regarding the housekeeping service, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by our charity initiative. We deeply value our guests' comfort and satisfaction, and we understand your expectation of basic housekeeping services during your stay. One of our basic understandings is, that we talk to one another and because there is no such thing as "half housekeeping service", we don't have to donate to the organization Children for a better world, but can clean the room instead. Once again, we apologize for any disappointment caused and appreciate your feedback. We value your patronage and hope that you will reconsider staying with us in the future, giving us the opportunity to provide you with an improved experience. Best regards, Christian (Hotel Manager)

Highly recommend this ( fairly new) Premier Inn in Leipzig. Reception staff were charming, the room spotless and very modern and comfortable. It is well located for both the station and the city - the area was smart and clean and felt very safe. Would definitely stay again. .
Response from Property: Dear TATraveller, thanks so much for the nice words about our hotel and your recent stay in Leipzig. We are looking forward to welcoming you back soon in the city and our hotel. Yours, Christian (Hotel Manager)

Familiar Premier Inn style just across the road from Leipzig Hauptbahnhof (main railway station). Central location near Augustusplatz which is also well-served by trams. Moderate size room. We didn't eat here but the bar area was pleasant. Would happily stay here again.
Response from Property: Dear John, thanks for the positive feedback about your stay at Premier Inn in Leipzig. At the moment, we have two Premier Inns, one is directly opposite the train station at Brandenburger Straße, ours located on Goethestraße. All the best, Christian (Hotel Manager Premier Inn Leipzig City Oper)

Great location across the street from Leipzig Main Station. Room was a good size with a comfy bed, great shower and somewhere to make a brew. Staff were really helpful especially Joy and breakfast was a decent mix of items with the all important English Brekkie Tea for the Brits on here. I've paid much more for a hotel than this one and had a much less comfortable experience. Will be staying here anytime I'm in Leipzig and giving other Premier Inns around Germany a go.
Response from Property: Dear Daniel, your friendly and detailed review is much appreciated and we are looking forward to welcoming you back in Leipzig or any other German or British Premier Inn on your next travels. All the best from Leipzig, Christian (Hotel Manager)

The best Premier Inn I have ever stayed in and there have been a few.lovely room, friendly staff, great location. The breakfast was well worth it too. I did notice the trams a little bit but my colleagues in rooms either side of me did not. I would not hesitate to stay here again, worth every penny.
Response from Property: Dear Harry H, your lovely words are much appreciated and we enjoy to read, that your stay in our hotel was to your entire satisfaction. Looking forward to welcome you back soon in Leipzig or at another Premier Inn. Yours, Christian (Hotelmanager)
