I've been traveling on business for 10 years but haven't come across anaccomodation that is as uncooperative and inconsiderate as this place. My company's travel desk booked a 1 week accomodation at this place and due to some change in travel plans I couldn't be there. They charged us 90% cancellation fee for 7 nights worth EUR1000 plus. Despite many requests they simply dismissed our request to refund or give us credits. Usually hotels are accommodating of business travellers but not this hotel. Highly disappointed and I'll not recommend any company to book this hotel for any business travel in Leipzig.

フロントの女性はとても親切でした。
館内全体、お部屋の掃除はあまり綺麗とは言えずソファベットはまっすぐでなく弧を描くように曲がっていてとても眠れるようなものではありませんでした。
朝食は胃部屋に運ばれてくるものですが取り立てて美味しいものではなかったです。
せめてコーヒーなどに飲み物を魔法瓶でサービスしていただけたらと思いました。
