The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bathroom had a motion-sensor light, which was a nice touch. It was quiet and comfortable with excellent views. I took some amazing photos from the balcony in the morning. Absolutely beautiful!

This hotel in Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village truly left a wonderful impression. It skillfully blends the traditional architectural style of the local Miao people with modern comforts, allowing guests to experience the rich ethnic culture while enjoying a convenient and comfortable stay. The hotel's location is excellent, nestled within the village itself. Opening the window reveals a breathtaking view of the staggered stilt houses and tranquil pastoral scenery. Waking up in the morning mist and falling asleep under a sky full of stars creates a truly unique ambiance. The hotel's interior is clean and elegant, with cozy rooms that are well-equipped and maintained. The bedding is soft, ensuring guests get ample rest. The staff's service attitude is warm and attentive; they are always ready with a sincere smile, happy to introduce the local customs and traditions of the Miao Village, and provide thoughtful travel tips, making guests feel right at home. Furthermore, the hotel pays attention to details, such as displaying Miao handicrafts in public areas or occasionally arranging small cultural experience activities, which makes the guests' journey even richer and more memorable. Whether for a short stay or an in-depth experience, this place offers a tranquil and warm haven, allowing travelers from afar to not only appreciate the natural and cultural beauty of Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village but also to find relaxation and joy for both body and mind.

The hotel is very large with plenty of parking spaces, and the breakfast is quite extensive.

The hotel room design was incredibly convoluted, making it easy to get disoriented. I won't comment further on other aspects to avoid any unnecessary implications; guests can pretty much gauge it by looking at the overall rating.

This hotel was the worst I booked throughout my trip and not worth the price. Siblings, please stay away! First, the location: it takes at least 40 minutes one-way to get into Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. This hotel is a few hundred meters from the West Gate, but you have to walk along the vehicle lane, watching out for cars. There's also a small curve on the lane, making it very dangerous. Plus, it's uphill and downhill, which is exhausting. The hotel staff doesn't offer pick-up from the West Gate, so you have to carry your own luggage. When I called, they were very cold! After entering the West Gate, you still have to walk through about 20 minutes of commercial street to reach the 'real' West Gate, so it's truly very far from the Miao Village! Second, the environment: you can see mountains, but not the Miao Village. Nothing special about it. When traveling in Guizhou, you see mountains everywhere, so why bother staying at this hotel just to see more? Third, the facilities: the air conditioner sounded like a tractor. If you don't turn it on, it's super cold because you're on a mountain, which kept me awake for most of the night. Also, the bathroom light was terrifying; it would turn off automatically after 20 minutes. Imagine you're brushing your teeth and 'click,' it's pitch black. Isn't that scary? This hotel was renovated a few years ago, but it can't hide the signs of age. Fourth, the cleanliness: I saw double eyelid stickers on the table, white stains on the sofa, and unidentified yellow stains on the curtains, etc. It was dirty! Fifth, the breakfast: it was like pig slop. My husband and I tried a bit of everything, but none of it tasted good. I just ate some bread, and there wasn't even butter, just jam. The food served before 8 AM was already basically cold! Finally, the service: the on-site staff were cold and unenthusiastic. When I asked questions online, they read but didn't reply, and all the answers were AI-generated. No human interaction? I was having a pleasant trip, but encountering such a terrible and not-cheap accommodation experience almost made me furious. This is a genuinely honest review; please, stay away!!!

The hotel is very close to the West Gate of Miao Village, within walking distance. The staff were enthusiastic and upgraded us for free to a Business Cloud View Suite. The suite is very spacious, with a well-designed layout separating the cloakroom, office area, living area, and bathroom. It also comes with a huge scenic balcony, though it was foggy in the morning. It's also very convenient to take the shuttle bus from Miao Village West Gate to Libo Xiaoqikong; the pick-up point is at the pavilion in front of Jiuyuntian Resort Hotel, uphill from our hotel. It's an easy walk there, which is great for catching an early shuttle to Libo. Highly recommended!

This hotel is within walking distance of the Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village West Gate, offering a great location and beautiful surroundings. You can even enjoy the scenic views while having breakfast at the restaurant in the morning. The front desk staff are also very warm and attentive!

The room was nice and parking was convenient. We visited during the Spring Festival, so it was very crowded, but luckily the hotel has its own parking lot. The dining area was a bit cold. We had a distant view of the mountains shrouded in mist.

The hotel's exterior looks quite nice, but the moment you step into the lobby, it's freezing. The front desk staff were wearing down jackets because there was no air conditioning, and the whole hall was drafty. More importantly, even with the AC on full blast in our room, the temperature wouldn't go up and stayed at 14 degrees Celsius. A staff member kindly helped us switch rooms and even brought a heater, which was great service. However, the AC in the new room was just as useless, still hovering around 10 degrees. We had to rely on the heater to get through the night. In a cold and damp winter, a hotel with such poor heating makes all the other amenities pointless. We couldn't wait to escape the chilly room first thing the next morning!
