Semua layanan bagus, sarapan juga lumayan enak

All services are good, breakfast is also quite delicious

Secara keseluruhan bagus, sy kebetulan request kamar didepan kolam renang pas dtg tanaman lgi disiram jadi ngucur deh air dri atas tp sbntar kok no problem, jln depan kamar kecil bawa stroller ribet jg krn akses ke kamar pake tangga tapi dibantu sama staff cekatan barang dibawain kolam renang cukup lah tpi ga ada kolam dalam buat anak pas, fasilitas playground nya oke punya, luas ada playground outdoor jg.. untuk makanan lumayan lah cm telor omeletnya itu spertinya telor congkel…

Overall it was good, I happened to request a room in front of the swimming pool when the plants were being watered so the water was pouring from the top but for a while there was no problem, on the road in front of the restroom bringing a stroller was also complicated because access to the room was by stairs but the staff was helpful in bringing things to the pool swimming is enough but there is no indoor pool for children, the playground facilities are okay, there is a large outdoor playground too... the food is ok, the omelette eggs are like cracked eggs...

Pretty okay, cleanliness is still lacking but for a very strategic location with tourist spots

Amenities are very minimum. But the worst is the guests chatting on the balcony (across from ours) for hours after midnight, which after two complaint calls only subsided but didn’t stop. Imagine trying to sleep, but keep waking up due to human noises (up and down). Security is not able to ask the people to stop. When i’m writing this at 1:45AM, the chatters still continue.

We're so satisfied with the hotel and the staff service .never regret to choose this hotel to stay for our holiday .the staff was very kind and friendly to us. The hotel is so clean. A The ambience of this hotel made me feel like that we're so far away from the city. The hotel provide a nice pool in the middle of the building. The one thing that make us so happy is the design of the room and also the hotel look is very beautiful and traditional .we love it so much.one advice from us. As the design of the hot is very  traditional ,and the traditional feel will be more better is the hotel can provide at least a speaker with the traditional music along the corridor atleast. So far . This hotel is the best. I will come back for sure.

Lembang is located at a height of 1'250 m and is thus a guarantee for a fresher and cooler atmosphere. The hotel is located in the centre of the mountain city, is cheap, something has come into the years, but maintained and clean. The indoor courtyard from which most rooms are departing is a tropical parking facility. It is embedded in a swimming pool and a pleasure corner specially equipped for young children. Specially mentioned is the variant of rich breakfast buffet with personal attendance of the chef. For the rest of meals, other restaurants in the nearest area are also recommended.
