We booked a table earlier in the same day for 8 PM and were they couldn’t accommodate a table at 8, so agreed we could have one at 9. We arrived at 08:50 to be told they were closed. They denied all knowledge of the booking despite the same staff being on shift. We went over the road to station terme which was amazing and very welcoming despite not having a booking.

Stayed on business for four nights. The room was clean and well maintained with good WiFi reception. I was lucky to get a room with a balcony only available on one side of the hotel. Parking is a small yard with access from the adjacent business. As it has shared access my entry was blocked on one occasion but when I spoke to the receptionist the offending vehicle was moved after its delivery was complete. The parking area is quite small but fortunately the Fiat 500 rental car I had is easy to park and manoeuvre. The restaurant food was excellent and breakfast includes cooked food to order. The highlight of staying in this area is the clean cold air surrounding the mountains. I haven't smelt air like that for many decades. Simply divine.

Thank you to the father and son team running this charming hotel in the heart of San Pellegrino! Location was wonderful and easy to walk in town. We greatly appreciated the extended hospitality after checkout giving us access for a shower and change after an unusually rainy mountain bike ride. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Lovely quaint hotel. Parking area is quite small so recommend a small hire car. I was lucky to get a room with a balcony. Staying on business so no time for sightseeing. Food in restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was good with the offer of cooked food to order.

Albergo storico ma la struttura è ben curata e pulita, si notano azioni di rinnovamento. Si respira aria di famiglia e semplicità con i racconti del proprietario ed il personale è gentile e disponibile. Vcinissimo alle Terme.

Piccolo storico albergo a conduzione famigliare (un plus) in ottima posizione in centro a S.Pellegrino Terme; colazione soddisfacente e buona disponibilità dello staff in generale; camere ristrutturate da poco ma, oltre alla mancanza di aria condizionata, presentano alcuni difetti (almeno la 12 al secondo piano, peraltro in posizione angolare con due finestre e una porta finestra con semi balconcino nel bagno) : in bagno mancanza totale di almeno una mensola sia nel box doccia che vicino al lavabo (con specchio iper tecnologico); ottima la pulizia in generale.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura, fortunatamente una sola notte. Ma è stata veramente una notte da incubo la camera anche recentemente ristrutturata era sporca senza aqua calda per la doccia è cosa ancora più grave, specie con le temperature di questo periodo (34°gradi ) sono sprovviste di condizionatori e con il via vai di auto e gli schiamazzi vari del viale principale sottostante che sono andati avanti sino alle 3,00 passate, non potendo chiudere la finestra per non soffocare, è stato impossibile dormire. La colazione poi è di scarsa qualità e varietà la sala da pranzo con le plafoniere sopra ai tavoli colmi di insetti morti. La spa pagata a parte €30 con sala bagno turco che non funziona ed il proprietario si è guardato bene dal informarci vasca idromassaggio a gettoni, eravamo in 3 coppie e vi erano solo 4 gettoni. E per completare il tutto Proprietario inadeguato e scostante veramente esperienza pessima.
