Reflections Lennox Head - Holiday Park Reviews

Booked several sites for family holiday. Was asked to pay up front and did. Had a death in the family and asked if we could move the booking. Was declined, no refund and all our sites were re booked by other people. No empathy at all just greed. My family is down over $2000. I understand if the park were not able to fill our booked spots but this was not the case.

The staff were lovely and the beach across from the cabin was sensational. The cabin however was very average. There was sand in the bed and the air conditioning was not working so was replaced by a very noisy portable one. I don’t think it was worth the $200/night I paid.

We loved being near the lake and the sea. The only thing we didn't like was the weather - we struck wet and cold but don't hold Reflections responsbible for that!

What a Shocker.. So Disappointing 😞 Stayed at the Reflections Caravan park, Lennox Head because they allowed dogs.. Beautiful spot, great beaches and is a lovely little coastal village. But the caravan park was a Shocker.. The presentation and condition right across the park was very tired, unkept and going on to disrepair.. The park roads had more pot holes than the Bruce Highway and many sites that had concrete slabs had big craters down the side of the slab where the caravan is meant to be parked.. Cleanliness of amenities was only just. With the washing machines in the laundries full of slime and dirt around the rubber seals and looked like they had not been clean in years. Even worse was they were charging top dollar for a night's stay which for the facilities provided and the condition was very unfair compared to other parks we have stayed in recently. No doubt your paying a bit more because it is Lennox Head but considering the overall package offered we would not consider staying there again or recommend to anyone.

Always a pleasure staying at reflections cpark in lennox head . The staff are very nice and are jp for a chat or if you have a problem theyll get it fixed if they can. The manager Dan and his staff that ive dealt with when paying my site fees are Tia and Joylene all are very nice and helpful plus the added bonus is theres cafes and the beach all within walking distance so you can stay fit while on your break away. I'd recommend anyone with children or just couples and there 4 legged babies too (dogs /cats) they have powered non powered sites for caravans campers and motorhomes even the truck or 2 with longer sites plus basic cabins and glamping ones too and a beach just across the road and a town full of cafes and also a great walking track along the broard walk

Upon arrival I was a little disappointed to find that our friends site was not alongside us but behind us, after ringing and booking specific sites back in March and confirming site numbers when we paid in advance. Our site was lovely with a nice view. The amenities nearby were old but clean. We also used the newer ones. My friend said the showers were good and hot. Location was close to Lake and Beach.

Deluxe cabin like hell Big enough space, but the place was absolutely filthy stains all over the carpet in bedrooms You couldn’t turn the fans on as the threat of the buildup of dust flying everywhere was to great . Food still in the frypan in the cupboard. The floor was filthy our feet were black within the first 10 minutes had to wash floors before we could walk barefoot in kitchen again . on Water was filthy when I emptied bucket . That we had to put everything through the dishwasher before we used it We paid a ridiculous amount of money for such a filthy place I believe it was because it was a pet friendly one they really didn’t care The one next door that we looked at was so much nicer Then main thing going for it was the location. Advise the staff on the way out, and I really couldn’t care less.

Reasonably nice park, but just be aware this park should be marketed as a holiday destination for dogs. So, so many dogs. We've holidayed in many dog friendly parks but this one being a large park, and popular with dog owners, has a large amount of dogs staying. Even an unrestrained one INSIDE the amenities jumping on people with his wet, caravan park toilet floor feet. :-/ Understandable there's so many once you realise it's close to a dog beach. Since it is such a large caravan park, it's a shame, that there can't be a separate section for the minimal amount of guests without dogs, paying the same price as others, to also be able to enjoy the type of holiday they expected to have . At least giving them some space away from the consistent background noise of dogs barking or whining from 7.30am to 8/9pm. We were startled by someone yelling one morning and it was because someone's dog had gone into their tent. There were only a few irritating ones but, there's just so many of them the noises are unavoidable. It is Close to a great beach and town. Individual sites are a good size. Ladies amenity toilet bowls and seats could do with a good bleach. It would have been nice to be more informed, regarding the amount of dogs, before booking.

Excellent caravan park in every way. Really nice,relaxing and super friendly park. Love the fact that we can take the doggies and book a cabin. Staff are great here absolutely super friendly and accommodating. It’s just so relaxed and chilled in every way. Caravans,vans,tents,cabins,powered,unpowered. Around here there as so many really nice eateries that are dog friendly.This is our second time here and we will be back for a third visit and more. Great park. We had a cabin and they are really well kitted out for a few days or more.

We were there at Easter holidays and it was jam packed. Check in ok. Busy site. Easy to get to town and all the bars restaurants shops beach and lake. Good location. Not particularly friendly but there you go

The perfect location nestled between a patrolled beach and Lake Ainsworth- a tea tree fresh water lake. An idyllic location. The front office team were responsive, attentive and polite. A great experience. We booked a grass site for a motor home. This park is very well maintained. The facilities were clean. Overall we enjoyed the option to swim in the surf or in the freshwater lake.

Great park close to the beach and right on the local fresh water lake Great size sites with good amenities and large camp kitchen Plenty of options at the park from powered sites right up to deluxe beach tents Also a coffee van near the office which is super handy

Really relaxing place to stay with the doggies. Could not fault in any way at all. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Close to beach and a few restaurants and bars. Unfortunately there was a lot of rain,so we pulled the pin and left after one night of our two night break. Weather was the issue. Apart from that we want to go back,and will. Such a quiet and relaxing spot.

Great location near the beach and lake. Amenities were clean and well looked after. The grounds immaculate and we would recommend staying here to anyone who is looking for a caravan park in the Lennox Head region. Would stay again when we’re next around.
