This is the best place in Switzerland all over.All rooms are diffrent - Staff is exeptional friendly and the food is so good

We had to cancel because my husband fractured his neck and was hospitalized in Geneva. This hotel had plenty of advance notice of the cancellation but insisted on charging full price. The manager was arrogant and unreasonable. They refused to even offer a partial credit for possible future use.

We had a wonderful week at the Guarda Val. The staff is especially attentive and kind. Facilities are wonderful and clean. The rooms are decorated in Swiss style and beyond our expectations. Both restaurants offer great Swiss quality and the staff at the hotel and restaurants are very kind and professional. After a day of hiking it was wonderful to spend time in the wellness and enjoy a very good massage. Breakfast is very extensive and of high quality, fresh fruit, salmon, pancakes on demand etc.

This place was one of the most - if not the MOST - incredible places I've stayed in the whole world. Everything was exceptional. The way it was like a little village, the staff, the room, the various amazing baths, the spa, the buffet breakfast, the coffee/cake buffet every day, the activities that were organised, the free shuttle to the slopes... just perfect.

Maiensaess was over the top I was expecting. Hotel facilities was beautiful. Restaurants especially the 6- and 3- course dinner was exquisite. Was fantastic and memorable. Service staff was very professional and friendly. Spa service was wonderful with the massage and the soak bath I enjoyed so much. We stayed for 3 nights and wish we could stay longer. There isn't enough words to describe this magical place. It's a must to visit.

Great village setting, excellent rooms, good parking facilities, great Spa and Fantastic restaurant options. Some nice touches such as coffee and cake every afternoon with a stunning panorama. However, the outstanding 5 star ingredient of the hotel is the staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is exceptional, made even better by Ursula and her colleague who personify service excellence, going above and beyond expectations to make the experience truly excellent.

Grüezi Wie schon beim Check Out erwähnt verstehe ich das Upgrade mit den 500.- nicht ganz. Natürlich war das mein Wunsch. Auf der Rechnung steht aber gar nicht welches Zimmer wir bewohnt hatten. Auf ihrer Home Page finde ich auch keinen Hinweis. Wir hatten ja schon Maiensäss Stuben bezahlt. Für diesen Aufpreis hätte das ja wirklich ein Upgrade sein sollen. Wie geschrieben, natürlich kam der Vorschlag für ein besseres Zimmer von uns. Aber für die 500.- hatten wir ja gar keinen Vorteil. Im Gegenteil, nicht einmal ein separaten Wohnbereich?! Zudem war es extrem laut da im EG und alle Gäste liefen am Morgen daran vorbei. Lachend schwatzend, zT mit Skischuhen etc. Nicht wirklich ein Zimmer zum Ausschlafen. Das zu dem Preis und Werbung „Ein Platz zum Erholen" Vor der Zimmertüre hatte es ein Bänkli und ein kleines Kiesbett für die Schuhe. Leider haben wir an beiden Morgen Essensreste und diversen Abfall / Wäsche vorgefunden!? So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Nicht einmal in 3. Welt Länder. IMG_7779.jpeg Nicht gerade appetitlich wenn man zum Frühstück geht. Auch das offerierte Parkieren in der Tiefgarage hat nicht wie versprochen funktioniert.

Ich war im Oktober mit Freunden im Maiensasshotel Guarda Val. Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist einfach, es hat nur eine Strasse Parkplätze hat es auch genug. Kaum ausgestiegen wurde ich äusserts freundlich begrüsst und das Gepäck wurde mir auch sogleich abgenommen. Die Rezeption ist in einem wunderbar restaurierten Berghaus, mit offener Feuerstelle, urchig gemütlich. Das Maiensasshotel Guarda Val besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden welche sich in Zimmerklassen, Sauna, Rezeption, Restaurant aufteilen. Ich hatte ein kleines, aber sehr schmuckes Zimmer, welches sich zum schlafen super abdunkeln lies. Wir sassen in der Sonne noch auf der tolle Terrasse mit der Überwältigenden Aussicht ins Tal und auf die Berge. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eine perfekte Mischung von Lokalen Produkten wie Brot, Butter, Käse und Trockenfleisch. Wie auch Kontinentalen „must have“ Der ganze Staff ist äusserst aufmerksam, freundlich und auch ein Spass liegt drin, nicht aufdringlich. Auch mein Gespräch mit dem Hotelmanager am Morgen nach dem aus checken war sehr toll. Gehen Sie ins Maiensasshotel Guarda Val hier passt alles
