We rented two rooms with a large bathroom to share. The apar**ent is in the old town opposite a church, it is a small building completely and very nicely renovated. The kitchen and the roof terrace are shared with other potential customers. The materials chosen during the renovation fit perfectly with the history of the place, a stone sink for the kitchen, wood for the doors, clear coatings on the walls revealing beautiful natural stone niches. A mini interior courtyard that allows the center of the apar**ent to be bathed in natural light. Really a very beautiful atypical apar**ent since it is composed of a kitchen on the ground floor and then on 3 levels there will be rooms and various more or less spacious spaces. The way it's all handled seems as precise as clockwork, you feel things have been well thought out and there's professionalism behind it; reservation made easily, warm and practical welcome to explain to us the place and the surroundings to visit, easy entry and exit of the apar**ent without keys but with a code. Lots of little things offered that I found nice, water, apples, small chocolates, all this makes you feel welcome when there is no staff who are there outside working hours. housekeeping and hospitality. A perfect place to enjoy the old town of Porrentruy and shine to visit the Jura.

Bei der Unterkunft handelt sich um ein Altstadthaus in schöner Lage. Vor Ort ist niemand anwesend. Auf unser Telefon hin kam ein freundlicher Angestellter, der uns aufschloss und uns auch weiter betreute. Letztendlich haben wir die Unterkunft nicht benutzt. Bei der in der Beschreibung erwähnten Treppe zur Unterkunft handelt es sich um eine enge Wendeltreppe wie im Turm einer gotischen Kathedrale teilweise ohne Handlauf. Meine Frau war nicht in der Lage hier hochzusteigen. Auf der Suche nach einem WC landete sie in einem Kellerraum, der total verraucht war. Der Chef bot uns über Telefon eine andere, teurere Unterkunft mit Lift an. Diese war gepflegt, aber sehr steril. Ein Gang mit 4 oder 5 angrenzenden Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer. Dusche und Lavabos separat gemeinsam für alle Zimmer! Wir kamen uns ziemlich verloren vor. Eine Aussage des Chefs, dass wir frei wären, diese Wohnung zu nehmen oder nicht, deutete ich dahingehend, dass er bereit war, uns die bezahlte Nacht rückzuerstatten. Nachdem wir uns im Touristenbüro für eine andere Unterkunft entschieden hatten, mussten wir leider feststellen, dass keinerlei Bereitschaft für eine Rückerstattung vorhanden war. Daran änderte auch eine SMS seitens des Vermieters nichts, dass wir die Unterkunft unter *********** stornieren sollten. Insgesamt eine schlecht Erfahrung.
