I do not know where to begin. we arrive in the room in the morning and the air conditioning leaks profusely in the shower. We ask to fix it but they say it is a plumbing problem and then they turn it off. Our friends same problem in another room with also explosion during the night of the bulb in the bathroom. In the afternoon the air conditioning continues to remain off and other customers report copious air-conditioning leaks in the room. The noise of the highway makes sleep very difficult and the windows do not cushion anything. Very hot night with still the winter duvet. At around 2 in the morning some very angry customers scream complaining about the copious water from the air conditioning. window which was impossible as the window was on the other side of the room .. it had not been opened and the ants came out from under the tiles ...... in the bathroom the tub handle was rusty ... shame because the structure has strong potential

Set in a peaceful area close to a lovely little town called Sesto Calende. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking woodland. As it is out of the way, they also sell plated meals at reasonable prices which can be heated in their kitchen area, if you don’t want to head out. Lovely staff, will definitely return.

Really a good place, with free shuttleservice to the airport even! The wifi is free, and works perfectly - and the familyroom we had was spacious and clean - nothing missing with cleaning every say. Great pool area. We enjoyed the breakfast very much! The dinner was buffet during our stay due to the storm, so we can’t really rate the dinner. But everything else was ok. One missing star is for the playground, which is kind of too tired and should be replaced? But other than that: we had two great days here as a family and will come back.

We had a triple corner room (with 2 balconies) which was very spacious compared to other hotels we've stayed in,bathroom had a bath and separate walk in shower. Staff all very helpful and friendly with good English. Ample selection at buffet breakfast, continental and bacon and scrambled egg available. Very clean in all areas. Great location, across from the lake, near the ferry station, lots of restaurants and little shops nearby. Double glazing kept the room quiet from street sounds. Others have commented on lack of soundproofing but we had no problem, once or twice heard next doors shower running but only when in our bathroom. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to Lago Maggiore. We were in room 104, in the Stresa part of the hotel.
