Ibis Hotel (Leshan City Center)

The hotel location is good, and the front desk staff were proactive and enthusiastic. The room was clean. We parked our car in the nearby residential complex, and they provided parking vouchers when we checked out. Breakfast didn't have live cooking stations, but it was still decent. Compared to Hanting, the bathroom didn't have a separate wet and dry area.

The room has great lighting and a good view, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The bedding was very comfortable. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, a perfect experience, and I've already recommended it to friends. First off, when I booked the room on Ctrip, I specifically noted that I didn't want an end room. However, when I checked in, the hotel front desk staff tried to get me to sign up for a membership (implying a room upgrade, which I understand – they have targets to meet). But when I got to my room, it was an end room, and it seemed pretty much the same as the room type I originally booked. So, what was the point of the 'upgrade'? Then, I booked for two nights. After the first night, an auntie knocked on my door. I didn't respond at first because no one spoke up from outside, and I wasn't sure what they wanted. To my shock, the auntie just opened my door directly! As she was about to step in, she asked if I needed cleaning. What?! She just opened the door? What if I had been showering at that moment?
