Great location by the river and walking street. Male staff can speak English which is helpful. Room is fine and large enough for 3 people and luggages. Smart facilities built in makes the room modernized though the look from outside might be traditional. Enjoy great view of night lighting from the room. Only downside was the road construction in front of the hotel while we were there, and thin walls so you can hear people outside or next door sometimes.

Excellent! Facilities: Comprehensive and well-equipped – you can just bring your luggage and settle right in. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean and tidy. 👌 Environment: The ambiance is great, and the staff's service attitude was wonderful. Definitely highly recommended! Words can barely describe how disappointing it was. The toilet reeked of urine, and the bathroom was filthy. The AC unit was constantly dripping water and was very noisy. The curtains offered no blackout, and the soundproofing was terrible. To make matters worse, there's no elevator, which is extremely inconvenient for elderly guests, children, and anyone with luggage. The only saving grace was the friendly and enthusiastic service from the young lady at the front desk. Without her, there would have been absolutely nothing positive about our stay.
