The hotel is very worn and tired, the location close to the A62 Bordeaux was what we wanted for a stop over, but building looked almost derelict. The hotel insisted on a 70 euro refundable deposit against mis-use or damage to the room, if we had damaged the room it could only have improved it. The room was not clean. During the evening and night we endured people dragging cases or furniture around above us resulting in very little sleep. I informed the reception on our departure and made my feelings known, he just shrugged. All in all a very poor experience.

Very disappointed with this hotel, which is TOO OLD! Unpleasant smell in the room, hairs in the shower, door that doesn't close properly, damaged wall paint... We didn't even have breakfast (even though it was prepaid) because we couldn't wait to leave!
