There're renovated room but mine was not.
If you want to stay in clean room, please request that to hotel before you stay. But it's really close to the main train station and good for short stay.
And there's no kettle, no hair dryer but there's a tv

Very basic, small rooms but a good alternative to staying in downtown Brussels!

Hotel was being renovated, foyer was a construction site, elevators were lined inside to prevent damage from workers, air conditioning was switched off, temperature control was not possible. The booked breakfast was canceled and the price paid was only refunded on site - no information from the hotel in advance. Rooms are tiny even for an Ibis budget - I've stayed in several. Just a chair and a small bedside table for two guests. No soap or toothbrush cup in the bathroom, no brush in the toilet. TV remote control changed to Eastern European language, service couldn't help. You should give this hotel a wide berth as a couple!

It's very conveniently located near the Leuven train station. It's a reasonably priced option compared to other hotels. Breakfast is also provided downstairs. The hotel staff are willing to help with all questions.

A dramatic experience!!!! 4:15 a.m. the door to our room opens!! English students opened the door with a card on the lock! ! Fortunately we were 3 men!!! Imagine 3 women!!! He was full of alcohol!!!! Talking to reception but apparently not shocked by the red-headed bearded man… it’s me security… so what are you doing??
At 5:40 a.m. the young people were at the entrance to the hotel still with beer!!!!
Not even a price for the room…2 nights!
