We have stayed at White Lodge numerous times and it never disappoints. It sets the bar for other B&Bs. The hosts (Ann and Martin) are very friendly and helpful and do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are spotlessly and comfortable and the breakfast is superb.

We've just enjoyed our 2nd stay at White Lodge. Ann and Martin are first class ,very helpful hosts and have a beautiful home in a glorious rural setting. As before, the bedroom and ensuite are very well equipped with superior quality items and there is an amazing selection of top quality breakfast foods and drinks. No wonder this is the no.1 B & Bin Lewes!

We spent an excellent couple of nights at White Lodge while visiting relatives in Lewes. The property is a good example of 60s architecture transformed into a modern but comfortable building that sits well in the 10 acre rural setting. The rooms are superbly appointed, with a comfortable bed, generously sized shower room and a smart TV. Nice touches included a plate of brownies or cake left out in the afternoon. Breakfast is served in a pleasantly airy dining area downstairs, and guests are invited to pre-select their choices from an extensive menu, including a variety of cooked options. Ann & Martin are consummate hosts and they've created an atmosphere that feels relaxed and welcoming. We look forward to a repeat stay.

As ever, we were made really welcome - tea and chocolate cake when we arrived were just right after a long journey. The rooms are spotless and breakfast is a real treat. Our 4th visit and we nothing to improve our stay.

An absolutely wonderful B&B - large, luxurious rooms, beautifully equipped and furnished, with a lovely sitting room and garden for relaxation, and excellent breakfast. The location is so peaceful, yet close to many attractions in Sussex and Kent. Ann and Martin are the perfect hosts and made us so welcome, we certainly hope to come back one day to visit more of this lovely part of the country.

We just stayed for 2 nights for our sons wedding in Lewes. We cannot fault the service, accommodation, food, location or the hosting. If this was 4 in a bed it would be 10’s all the way. Rooms are huge and amenities second to none, including fantastic Dyson fans in the room. I would go back in a flash, Thank You Ann& Martin we will definitely be back.
