This bad review is mainly due to the poor service attitude of the front desk to the guests, poor emergency response ability and poor hotel management ability. I repeatedly emphasized the ordinary standard room I ordered. The front desk was so impatient that I let me watch the order. When she reacted, she made a mistake and said to change the 325 next to me, but this room is only separated by a wall. I don't understand what the front desk thinks. Later, I called me back and said that the manager upgraded us to the deluxe standard room. Auntie Cleaning opened the door for us upstairs. When I arrived upstairs, I couldn't wait for anyone. I happened to be downstairs with the charger, so I went down and called Auntie Cleaning. Come up and open the door (the cleaning lady has a very good attitude and a strong sense of service, and later sent me the lost items upstairs). So I want to say that your attitude at the front desk is not only problematic, but your ability to respond is really bad. Did the hotel not pay you a salary or you opened the hotel yourself. Besides, the renovation shouldn't be a temporary start. The property informs you that you should open the house early, don't you know how to work around it? This is my second stay. The experience is really bad. I hope you will rectify it. The hotel has good facilities now, but after a long time, the hardware facilities will always be surpassed. If the service is not done well, old customers cannot be retained.

房間不錯，停車方便，每次回樂至都住這裏。就是樓上開了餐飲後，人員有點雜，電梯衞生有點不滿意。酒店本身是很滿意的。

酒店大廳很乾凈，酒店裝飾很精美簡潔，前台小姐姐很熱情，房間看起來很乾凈整潔，很方便有機會下次過來還住這裏，推薦推薦推薦！

酒店很好，一連入住了好幾天，設施設備還是比較齊全的，住的很舒心！ 前台服務員熱情，有任何要求都可以及時辦到且很樂意，早餐品種豐富，味道還不錯，裝修得也很大氣！是個出行不錯的選擇！

來住過好幾次了，感覺酒店的房間整體還是很乾凈的，房間明亮也很整潔，早餐也還不錯，有各類糕點，小麪，推薦小麪味道很好的，酒店停車也方便，挺好的，下次還會再來的。

酒店的設施設備還不錯，感覺房間還很新，也沒有什麼異味，空間也很大，工作人員也很親切，會主動打招呼，前台小姐姐服務很好，和善！毛巾很柔軟，床品也很乾凈，空調也挺給力的。

酒店的早餐很好，環境也不錯很安靜。就是棉被有血跡沒洗乾淨，床頭燈有一個不亮。總體來説還是不錯，值得一住。

第二次入住了，服務、環境和衞生依舊很好，房間沒有異味，電視清晰很大，前台的小姐姐態度很好很温柔，會温馨提醒退房注意事項，有免費早餐提供，早餐豐富多樣！
