The hotel is located within the scenic area, which makes exploring incredibly convenient. They offer their own shuttle service, and upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a large bowl of fresh, delicious plums. The breakfast was also excellent.

This is our second time at Namtso Lake, and this time we booked a snow mountain hot spring room. Last time we booked a room on the second floor, but after experiencing it, I'd definitely recommend the first floor more! The location here is great, you can drive right in and have it all to yourself. The EV charging station is also excellent, Starry Sky Fast Charge... The service, however, felt just so-so, especially considering the price was over a thousand.

Pros: The hotel is located within the scenic area, which gives it a unique advantage. The restaurant is also good; I had two à la carte meals and both were quite nice, except for one dish (sauerkraut beef) where I found a hair, but they promptly replaced it. Breakfast was also good. Cons: The customer service response was a bit impatient and relatively slow, giving off a distinct state-owned enterprise vibe. The complimentary drink voucher from Ctrip booking was only valid between 2-5 PM, but when I went at that time, there was no one at the Western restaurant to assist. Tip: If your party exceeds the default number of people (usually 2), you'll need to purchase additional tickets at the entrance.

Hidden within the Bipenggou Scenic Area, this hotel is truly a fantastic find. As a first-time visitor to Bipenggou, I was genuinely pleased to have stayed here. The hotel is built into the mountainside, with different sections, offering an elegant environment and top-notch facilities. The food is also delicious. Most importantly, staying at the hotel includes complimentary entrance tickets and shuttle bus service within the scenic area. The hotel's service is also exceptional. It's an excellent choice for anyone visiting Bipenggou. Highly recommended!

The room was great, soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the mountain view. The service was alright. Dinner was terrible, but breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is right next to the Bipenggou Scenic Area, the scenery is beautiful, and it's very convenient. The service attitude is also excellent.

Fantastic hotel! We stayed on the third floor and had access to a large public terrace, perfect for sitting and enjoying the surrounding mountain views. We didn't have a car, but the hotel sent a vehicle to pick us up from the parking lot. The next day, the driver even kindly dropped us off at another hotel outside the scenic area. The biggest advantage of staying inside the scenic area is that you can leisurely spend two days exploring and enjoy the tranquil evening scenery all to yourself. The hotel restaurant had good food at reasonable prices. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to take their time exploring Bipenggou.

The room environment is elegant and comfortable. At first, I was worried based on reviews that since the hotel is in a scenic area and has some age, there might be a musty smell in the rooms. But there wasn't at all! The hotel environment is absolutely superb, and the management and service are very thoughtful. The key is how convenient it is to visit the scenic area – you can enjoy the stunning views of the area all to yourself in the morning and evening. I'll definitely go back again! The hotel's pickled cabbage beef hotpot is good, but the stir-fried dishes were just average.

The cleanliness of the bathroom needs improvement. After booking the room on the platform, the hotel didn't contact guests promptly to provide information like how to self-drive to the property. Also, the benefits promised on the booking platform, such as hot spring access, were not communicated to guests immediately upon check-in. As the only hotel within the scenic area, the environment is decent, with snow-capped mountains visible from outside. The luggage transport service was quite good. It could have been better.
