We stayed here on a Saturday night and had a great time. The hotel has a fantastic location in the city centre, close to many bars, restaurants and shops and about 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. There is a car park a few minutes walk away (Friary car park), which is very good value. Staff service is excellent. The rooms are exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn. The buffet breakfast is excellent, very well set out with a good choice of hot and cold options to help yourself to. We definitely recommend this hotel for a weekend break in Lichfield.

Stayed here for two weeks for a course for work that needed to do, apart from a couple of nights where items were out of stock in the menu , can’t fault it. A big shout out to Beth and Clare who are absolute assets to the team , nothing is too much trouble for them, very professional, very welcoming. Thanks girls until next time 😊

Chosen for the great location and secure parking nearby. We could walk everywhere. The Cathedral, St Chads Church, Dr Johnson's House, Erasmus Darwin's house, pubs restaurants were and easy and random stroll away. We found other historical sites by chance.

We generally like Premier Inn hotels as we find them very comfortable so always check them out first when visiting anywhere. This time for Chris McCausland at the Garrick Theatre. Great location in Lichfield with good car parking nearby. Staff were very pleasant on arrival but indifferent on checkout. Our shower's controls were stuck fast on cold so we couldn't take a shower in the morning. When we left the staff couldn't care less about the problem with the shower. A great pity as it spoiled an otherwise good stay.

Brilliant bedrooms we asked for another towel as only 1 towel breakfast we waited too long to be seated. The chef was amazing friendly and bubbly breakfast was good,excellent location next time we,ll be with the kids.car Park very close and convenient

We used this hotel as a stop-over before visiting Lichfield Cathedral (which is a MUST DO). Hotel is very easy to locate, and is as central to the town as you could wish for. Car Park to the rear, plentiful, and only £4 for 24hrs! Lots of small, independent shops, bars, and cafes all within a few minutes walk of the hotel. This Premier Inn was very stereotypical of the PI brand; standard decor, standard rooms, comfy beds, decent shower, very basic, and everything very clean. Worth mentioning, the wonderful, warm welcome from Claire on reception (25/02/24).

Friendly staff and nice room on 1st floor (119) The only thing was that the room was chilly, its great the heating instructions are there, but there seemed little heat coming out even when switched to 30 degrees.! Excellent location, just 2 minutes walk into the centre. Lots to see and do in Lichfield so will return. A little tip - the Friary car park just behind the Premier has very recently changed to number plate recognition, and you pay by card on your way out. There is no signage telling you this, and Pay & Display signs are everywhere! We were misled and complained to the district council but they're sorting it out now.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was very basic but comfortable mattress . The breakfast selection and quality was very average in terms of quality. I would not recommend or return as I didn’t feel it offered good value for money .
