民宿在一個別墅區，本身也是一幢𡋾墅，一走近就被門口的肉肉吸引到了，一大盆一大盆的，養的特別好，還是女主人自己養的，底樓有好幾個休息、喝茶的區域，佈置的雅緻舒適，衹顧着跟女主人聊天，忘記多拍幾張照片，這一晚睡的真香

民宿在一個叫做山水清江的別墅區裏，條件很好，房間寬敞整潔舒適，各種設備用品都很高級，住得放心。早餐好吃，老闆娘很和善，在這裏住了四天，感覺很舒服。屬於可以介紹朋友來住，或者自己再來的時候也會選擇的民宿。利川確實比恩施其他地方都好，更加涼快，也更有野趣，商業化程度不高，可以再來。

房間大，乾淨整潔，早餐湯圓好吃。酒店位置位於城鄉結合部，別墅區內，安靜不嘈雜，第二天早上吃早飯時對面有別墅裝修有一點噪音，不然還要多待一會兒，總的來講是不錯的民宿體驗。

這家絕對是各方面俱佳的寶藏民宿。
老闆熱情好客，帶着孩子在裡邊品茶聊天好不愜意。
酒店設施維護的非常好，主打乾淨衞生，推門進去感覺都是一塵不染的。尤其是床和床上用品，特別的乾淨舒適。我一般會檢查衞生死角，結果發現所有的衞生死角也都乾淨整潔，超出預期。
民宿的早餐很有儀式感，衹是小盆友想吃麪條，老闆安排給煮了麪條，非常美味，孩子吃了兩碗，幾天過去了還對阿姨煮的麪條念念不忘。其實我更喜歡吃當地的米皮。
住在這裡帶孩子體驗了騰龍洞的熱氣球和表演，龍船水鄉的遊船，當地特色的火鴨兒還有火腿。
總體而言，我更推薦騰龍洞，孩子們很喜歡。
火鴨兒的味道也非常好，連續去了兩次。
感謝店家的招待，下次繼續來利川避暑。

房間非常乾淨，整個民宿佈置得很精緻，老闆娘很熱情，會熱心介紹吃的和附近玩的地方，是度假的好選擇，有空可以去住幾天。

走進民宿就被驚艷到了，別墅式的小樓有個很大的大廳，還有電梯。老闆娘得知我們是兩人入住，就説原來訂的房太小，反正今天不會訂滿，給你們免費升級大一點的。打開房門又被驚艷到了，設計風格比一些品牌民宿要好，地牆磚都是用的150x75的啞光黑色顯得大氣。要不是要趕去武隆真想多住幾天。
