We have been guests of tokio home for many years but this time due to the complete hotel we stayed at tokio beach. I have to say not bad. The direct view of the beach deserves a nice 10. And in any case we used all the services of the tokio home. Very quiet hotel facing the sea. Not at all inconvenient at tokio home and thanks to the app created it is easy to choose the menu and see all the appoin**ents for the day. The boys are wonderful. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, night and breakfast 400 euros for me and my 10 year old son, sincerely, given the expense, the photos and the presentation made by telephone by the operators, you can understand my surprise when, upon arrival, I discovered, first of all that I would stay at tokio beach (a structure detached from tokio home, where I had booked), where there is no reception, where you don't have breakfast and where there is no swimming pool, for all these services you have to move every time and go to the tokio home, the room ..... blind bathroom without window, with floor shower, and without mini bar, I stress that it is a hotel by the sea, where in the height of summer, since I am already in a branch, I would at least like to have a fridge, since the hotel is a 3-star superior. I was told that in my estimate it was specified that I would stay at Tokyo Beach, a pity that, being the first time I went, I certainly could not know the difference, why was I not told during the telephone booking? Also, I booked May 1st for the end of July, is it possible that there were no more rooms in the main building? They are probably reserved for those who do all inclusive, I just think it is transparent to warn your customers of these things, especially if they have never come to you, and not hide behind a "it was specified in the estimate" because if I don't know the difference, it is above all I don't know that all the services and the best rooms are at tokio home, how can I change my mind? Faced with our complaints, the solution was to change hotels on the third evening, well .... I often stay in 3-star hotels and it has never happened to me, especially in the face of a not negligible expense.
