I was in this structure by booking with booking from 17 to 19 June. Reservation made with credit card as guarantee around mid-April. At that point I ask if I can park the motorcycle in the hotel parking lot and the answer is that that too would have been available from 2 pm but, since the vehicles must be available to the owner of the hotel to be moved, he does not he feels like moving the bike so I am invited to find a different solution. I make a face, I am pointed out by the owner that if it doesn't suit me I can go back directly at 2 pm, I reply that in fact I will have to go back at 2 pm since I do not have a room before and he tells me that it is already a long time that he gives us to change. In the afternoon the best of our stay arrives: having booked a superior room, the description of the hotel website provides a series of situations that I have not encountered: rocking chair for relaxation (just see the photo), courtesy slippers (the mine, probably), king size bed (in reality they were two singles placed close to each other), mini bar (a nice empty cube disconnected from the power supply but in fact the site did not mention a full bar fridge). In an attempt to take a shower I was unable to find the system to switch the water supply from the hand shower to the shower head, I asked the reception, I was told to have to wait for the owner who was out. At that point I get nervous, I point out that I cannot drink from the fridge, I cannot swing on the balcony, I cannot stay on the beach, I cannot park but at least I would like to shower when I want and not when the owner is in the structure since seems to be the only one who knows how the shower works. The concierge replies that I should write a review and that if it depended on him he would manage it differently, I understand solidarity but he is still paid to admire this example of management, but for all this I am paying 122 euros per day for night and breakfast. After a few minutes the owner arrives, points out that maybe I'm not familiar with the hotel and explains how I should switch the function. I reply annoyed that maybe I am not used to going to hotels but that as soon as I got home I would have done a review as all customers should do. The next morning I pay the bill for that
