The restoration has been done with great care, and you can see many lovely details throughout the castle that make the stay feel special. The room was very clean and luxurious. The large bathtub was also very comfortable. If the small size of the lounge area where you can enjoy drinks were improved, I would definitely want to return. It was a shame that passersby kept peeking inside, and the close proximity to other people made it not a very relaxing space. I think a magnificent five-star castle hotel like this would have a more luxurious atmosphere with jazz music playing or live performances. The spa area and massages are also recommended.

A very disappointing trip. From the hotel's attitude during check-in to the extra deposit I was asked to pay, I felt this hotel was unsafe. We originally planned to stay for 2 nights, but we stayed for only one and left. This is a hotel I will never go to again.

Great, charming castle hotel directly on the Moselle. Room upgrade at no extra charge with a view of the Moselle 👍 Breakfast from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., so no rush when getting up. Courteous service, especially at reception. Check-out at 11 a.m. but you can use the wellness area until 10 p.m. and get a basket with a bathrobe and slippers. Would happily go back ✌️

Prima historisch rijk gedecoreerd en ingericht hotel met veel voorzieningen. Service op het terras verschilt tussen bar en restaurant met aparte bediening en aparte rekeningen.
