Bad service to the boy at the front desk:
1. There was intermittent noise from the air conditioner outside the room window and it continued until 1 a.m. We contacted the front desk to report the problem, and he first suggested ”just draw the curtains”, to which we replied that the curtains and windows were all closed. He questioned: ”Buzzing sound? Third floor? That shouldn't be the case?” When we asked him to check it out himself, he shirked the responsibility by saying that ”the security guard was off duty.” After we agreed to change rooms, he said he would send the room card up. We wanted to explain the situation in person, but in the end a robot delivered the new room card. Although I am grateful for coordinating the room change, I am confused that he doubted what we said during the communication. Why didn't he check it out himself?
2. We found that the two air-conditioning outdoor units on the upper floor of the hotel continued to leak water onto the equipment on this floor. Out of kindness, we called the front desk to ask if it was normal. He said he sent someone to check the room, but no one came after waiting for a long time. He searched on Baidu and found out that it might be a normal phenomenon. Although we were glad that nothing happened, we were puzzled as to why the front desk did not tell us that we did not need to wait any longer.

Fortunately, the noise stopped on its own soon after. Considering that the machine might be shut down at a fixed time and the overall hotel experience was good, the advantages outweighed the disadvantages and I decided to continue my stay. However, I did not expect the unpleasant incident to happen. ]

GGuest UserWe were traveling to Lijiang with our elderly family and children, and we chose this hotel primarily for its value and convenience. The experience was truly excellent! The front desk, upon noticing we were traveling with children, proactively upgraded us to a larger room, a truly thoughtful touch. The bed was spacious enough for our family of three to sleep comfortably, and the soundproofing was excellent, so when the children were tired from playing during the day and napped, they could barely hear the noise from outside. The hot water was quick and consistent, making it very convenient for bathing the elderly and children. Across the street from the hotel are supermarkets and snack shops, perfect for fruit and snack shopping. The bus stop is right outside the hotel, making travel very convenient. When our children forgot their toys upon check-out, the staff even collected them, called to remind us, and mailed them. They were incredibly helpful. This hotel is truly perfect for a family trip!
