The hotel was spotless, and the complimentary disposable toiletries were of excellent quality. The butler service was incredibly attentive and always quick to respond to our needs. Located near Nanmenkou, the hotel offered incredibly convenient access to transportation. It's not in the bustling heart of the old city, which meant it was pleasantly quiet at night. The only minor drawback was that despite booking for two days, we unfortunately missed breakfast both mornings. One day, we simply overslept and missed it (entirely our fault!). The other day, it was too crowded, and we didn't want to wait, so we walked out for some Jiuge Rice Noodles instead. Overall, though, our stay was quite pleasant. They also offer afternoon tea service, and we stayed in a loft room with a bed on each level. This setup was perfect for us traveling with a child, as it offered convenient, separate sleeping areas.

It was my first time traveling to Yunnan, and I chose the right hotel. A new hotel is always a good choice. From the staff and service, to the breakfast and afternoon tea, the room accommodations, and the surroundings, everything was impeccable. Facilities: From the lobby to the terrace to the rooms, everything was brand new. Xiaodu controls were fully functional, and there were smart toilets, oversized bathtubs, large TVs, and modular sofas. Rooms 406 and 516 were especially stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Qingxi Reservoir and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless. Environment: The hotel is located in a quiet village. Qingxi Park, a first-class drinking water reservoir, is right outside the door, and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain stretches across the mountains. Sit on the terrace or by the floor-to-ceiling windows in your room, and you can quietly enjoy the scenery all day. Service: The front desk was attentive, and the afternoon tea selection was extensive and delicious. The flower cakes were especially delicious, with a rich rose fragrance, generous fillings, and a crispy crust. They were the best flower cakes I had in Yunnan during my recent stay. Welcome Fruit: Welcome fruit is provided upon arrival. Departure gift: A box of Yunnan specialty flower cakes and a box of traditional brown sugar. A pleasant surprise, unexpected, and delicious. If this is your first time in Lijiang, this is a no-brainer; it's quiet and comfortable. If you're struggling to choose, this is the perfect choice for the ultimate value and comfort.
