Hampton by Hilton properties in Lijiang

This hotel stay truly exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was incredibly warm and thoughtful, providing attentive and efficient assistance throughout. It made me feel very comfortable the moment I walked in. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich and the food tasted great, catering to various dietary preferences. The biggest surprise was the room view. Opening the window, I had a direct view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and in the early morning, I could witness the stunning 'Golden Mountain under the Sun' spectacle. Every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. The hotel's amenities were also fantastic. There was ample parking right outside, which was super convenient for those traveling by car. The 24-hour laundry service was a huge relief for a common travel headache. We'd drop off our dirty clothes at the laundry room around 10 PM each night and by the next morning, we'd receive them washed, dried, and hung outside our door – it was incredibly hassle-free!

I think the hotel's location is pretty good; you can get a taxi right outside. It's very convenient to take a taxi to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Lijiang Old Town, taking about half an hour. Shuhe Ancient Town is also just about a 15-minute walk away. As soon as I entered the hotel, it was really warm, and the decor was very clean. The room was quite clean, and the air conditioning worked great, even making it a bit hot for sleeping at night. Because I requested a non-smoking room, it was located quite far back, making the walk from the lobby a bit long. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. They even have a robot to deliver food orders. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I come back.
