comfortable and convenient. Breakfast average and food satisfied. Can book again and while come again, suitable for relaxing at lin kong travel. Will ask my friends book again.

Hotel staff was friendly and the location is the best, near to ancient town and new area, very nice stay with my disabled friends and an elderly couple, breakfast was good for us to start the day.

close to oldtown, close to shopping mall. but the soundproofing is really bad. my son couldn't sleep at night due to people talking and running in corridor

There is aircond but not functioning . Didn’t prepare shoes in bathroom so it’s basically very cold when u take shower . And the hot water , it’s either too hot or too cold , the water heater abit hard to adjust

the location is one of the best, located right between the old town and new town so you are in the center of everything although the hotel is located in the center of the city but there is no noise from outside, very peaceful place the room space is very large and the bed and pillows are really comfortable , toilet is clean if i visit lijiang i will definitely book this hotel again

Hotel located near the entrance to ancient city and next to shopping mall which is very convenient. Staff is friendly. There is a travel desk to arrange tour to popular attractions.

Modern, Cosy & comfy hotel just a street across Lijiang old town. Conveniently located near to massage parlour & a big supermarket. Staffs are nice too.

This room is facing inwards and not noisy. There is a shopping mall and 711 next to it. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the waterwheel at the north gate of the ancient city. The breakfast is very good, with wontons, steamed dumplings, and rice noodles with tomato stew, which suits the taste of northerners. Overall it is OK. I didn't encounter the situation of cold shower water.

I have stayed in so many Lefeng hotels across the country, and this one is the worst. First, no one greeted me in the hotel parking lot, and a car blocked my way (BMW is my car) Second, the hotel breakfast is limited in variety. The fried eggs are mushy on both sides. Do you fry eggs like this at home? Third, the water splashes everywhere when the faucet in the sink is turned on, and it gets all over me Fourth, this Lefeng is the only one that does not have a mini speaker (wake-up service) Fifth, the waiter turned on the TV but did not teach the guests how to use it, and called many times Finally, the hotel upgraded the room type for free, which is the only thing I am thankful for. In short, this is the worst Lefeng I have stayed in

We booked a room temporarily, and the staff was very enthusiastic and helped us upgrade the room. However, it was a room in the corridor, which was very noisy in the morning. In particular, the design of the wash basin was very unreasonable. The faucet was too short, and all the water ran out of the basin. The whole wash basin was like a flood. There was always a sound of sewer at night. The overall living experience was not good. The advantage is that it is close to the north gate of the ancient city, and there is an underground parking lot, which is convenient for travel.

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good. The room was clean and parking was convenient. The breakfast was delicious. The surrounding environment was also very good. I would choose to stay here next time. I was very satisfied with this trip.

From check-in to check-out, I felt the meticulous care throughout the whole process! The staff took the initiative to help with the luggage. The smart devices in the room are super convenient, and the breakfast is rich in variety. I will come again next time.
