Juhe Holiday is one of the best places we’ve stayed in Lijiang. Since we didn’t have a local number, our driver helped contact the owner, and to our surprise, they had already arranged a staff member to be on standby for our arrival. Xiao Rui warmly welcomed us, waiting at the entrance before we arrived, helping with our luggage, and ensuring we were comfortable right away. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for exploring on foot. The owner, Hui Ge, was incredibly kind — he chatted with us, served tea and snacks, and we had a lovely evening with him, Xiao Rui, and their adorable fluffy dog, Timo. When it was time to check out, Xiao Rui was already waiting to assist and helped us bring our bags to the entrance (just remember to inform the staff of your checkout time in advance). Warm staff, excellent location, and outstanding service — what more could we ask for? We’ll definitely be coming back next time!

Regarding the Accommodation Experience: A truly heartwarming stay! The host is incredibly outgoing and hospitable, showing thoughtful care throughout our entire trip, from before check-in until we departed. Any questions or feedback, both prior to and during our stay, could be conveniently shared in the group chat. Upon reaching the ancient town's entrance, the host kindly came with a cart to help us with our luggage. They also reminded us to bring umbrellas and stay safe when it rained, and invited us for tea. The guesthouse has a lovely big dog named Timo, who is absolutely adorable! 🥰 Regarding the Location: The location is great! It's just a few minutes' walk from the South Gate and very convenient for visiting Zhongyi Market. The starting station for the 101 bus to the Snow Mountain is right here, ensuring you can always get a seat. Within the ancient town, it's a tranquil spot away from the main hustle and bustle, making it wonderfully quiet and peaceful at night. Regarding the Accommodation Environment: This Naxi-style wooden guesthouse has a very cozy ambiance. It's well-equipped with excellent facilities. The air conditioning works great, and there's a humidifier. The bathroom features a large makeup mirror and a heated towel rack, and disposable towels are provided, which is very convenient. I especially loved the large window by the bed. The guesthouse also offers a washing machine and plenty of hangers.

The guesthouse is located right within the ancient town, making it incredibly convenient for dining, accommodation, and exploring. The atmosphere is lovely, and you can even enjoy tea and a chat with the charming owner. They also offer luggage transfer services, which really shows how thoughtful they are towards their guests. Every restaurant the owner recommended was delicious, and she even arranged for us to get an extra complimentary dish! I highly recommend staying here.

This guesthouse boasts unique ethnic charm and is situated within the ancient town. Its proximity to Zhongyi Market makes it incredibly convenient for breakfast and exploring the area. The rooms are spacious, bright, and feature a split-level design. The bathroom has a practical wet/dry separation, and all amenities are well-appointed. Since cars are prohibited in the ancient town, the owner thoughtfully came to the station to help with our luggage and even brought it directly to our room. The guesthouse's excellent location ensures quiet nights, allowing for a restful sleep and helping to shake off the fatigue of a day's journey.

The ambiance was truly wonderful. The staff, especially one young lady, was incredibly kind and made us feel completely at ease. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a natural, raw wood aesthetic, and I was pleasantly surprised that they looked exactly like the pictures online – what you see is truly what you get! The hotel staff was also very helpful, not only assisting with luggage but also carrying it up to our room. Anyone who's traveled with a woman knows how heavy our suitcases can get, so I really appreciated the young lady's strength in carrying them up! We arrived late in the evening without having done much planning, and she was incredibly helpful, suggesting various sightseeing routes, recommending places to eat, and even explaining how to hail a taxi. We're extremely grateful for all her help, and we'll absolutely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

It was raining when I arrived, and I had specifically requested the hotel to arrange an airport pick-up. As my vehicle approached the intersection, hotel staff were already waiting there with a luggage cart. Upon checking in, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The room was immaculately clean and came equipped with disposable towels and bath sheets. Sleeping at night was very peaceful, thanks to the excellent soundproofing. When it was time to leave, a small vehicle was also provided to assist with transporting my luggage to the intersection.

The hotel is beautiful, surrounding quiet, the room is very clean and comfy. Most important the owner is very friendly. Fast response every time we request for additional toiletries. Experienced blackout, we complained and the owner straight away give us a new room without asking and delay.. thumbs up to the owner of Juhe Inn. Will surely come again and recommend to Malaysian people to stay here..

We stayed at Juhe for up to eight nights in total. The two hosts were very friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to meet guests’ needs — including transportation services and free luggage storage during our trip to Shangri-La and other towns. The guesthouse is located near the South Gate of Lijiang Old Town, making it very convenient to walk to the main road or Zhongyi Market. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed — including disposable towels, slippers, a hair dryer, and a drying rack. Staying here made us feel truly at home. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard and chatting with the hosts while sipping complimentary Yunnan black tea and white tea. Highly recommended to travelers from around the world! 我们在聚和一共住了将近八个晚上。两位民宿负责人非常友善、回复及时，并且尽力满足住客的需求，包括提供接送服务以及在我们前往香格里拉和其他古镇期间免费寄存行李。 民宿位于丽江古城南门附近，步行前往路口或忠义市场都非常方便。房间干净舒适，设施齐全，提供一切所需包括一次性毛巾、拖鞋、吹风机和晾衣架。 住在这里让我们有宾至如归的感觉。我们闲来无事，喜欢坐在小院里和店主聊天，同时免费品尝好喝的滇红茶和白茶。强烈推荐给来自世界各地的旅人。

Good hotel management nice hospitality and well prepared

The service was very good. The hotel pick us up in fromt of the enteance and broufht our luggage to the hotel. Very helpful and would very much recommend this hotel.

Very good services by the host. Provided help to bring luggage from the gate to the hotel and even help to send the luggage to the gate when we check out at 5 am. Requested drinking water at midnight and they send immediately to the room. Amenities in the room are all provided except for iron.
