The place exceeded our expectations - from a very attentive service to smooth communication via WeChat for advice, daily cleaning or other requests. The neighbourhood is quite and is ~25 minutes driving from the main attractions / train station. The room is well-equipped with smart technology and the design is cosy, with even a tea brewing station. Needless to say the view of the Jade Dragon Snow mountain is breathtaking. Highly recommend for a small friend group or family. The breakfast was also delicious and the hotel owner can also help you to book tours for Shangri-la or Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. One aspect, knowing some Chinese would be useful, otherwise translators will do.

An excellent hotel! The rooms are well-appointed and modern. The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the service is impeccable. Any requests we had were promptly addressed.
