Very helpful and accommodating front desk, right in the middle of the gucheng (old town). Cleanliness is good for Chinese standards, which if you're coming from the U.S. like we were, isn't the greatest but that is what we've found in each of the 4 cities we've stayed so far. They offer disposable towels which some may like for hygiene. It takes a little getting used to, however, if you're used to thick hotel towels. But the front desk lady is what made it for us, she us super helpful and nice.

Very strategic location just outside of Lijiang ancient town with restaurants and eateries practically along the same street. Stayed 2 nites for 4 pax and was given a room with balcony. Hotel also provide small snacks for us which we can enjoy sitting outside balcony. A plus point is hotel provide disposable bath towel & face towel daily.
