The hotel has a lovely setting and is very close to Shuhe Ancient Town. We also got to experience the complimentary tie-dyeing activity; the spontaneity of indigo dyeing was truly quite fun! 😂 I must commend the excellent service. On the day of our check-in, the hotel happened to be undergoing disinfection, and when we found some small bugs in our room, the staff promptly showed us other available rooms and helped us switch. We were also welcomed with complimentary fruits and drinks.

We only stayed here on our last night in Lijiang, and my only regret is not having booked it for our entire trip. It's just a 10-minute walk from the South Gate of Shuhe Ancient Town. The hotel boasts a beautiful, well-maintained garden, and there's even a rooftop terrace perfect for taking pictures. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. Our room featured a smart toilet and was very spacious. The courtyard was filled with the lovely scent of sweet osmanthus. Highly recommended!

Facilities: Quite new, and this is my second stay here. Cleanliness: Decent. Ambiance: Good. It's close to Shuhe Ancient Town and generally very peaceful. However, the soundproofing isn't great, so you might hear early risers from next door in the morning. Breakfast: Decent. Shuhe Ancient Town Tie-dye experience: Forgot to book.

The hotel offers a beautiful and spotlessly clean environment. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the service is outstandingly thoughtful and attentive. It's conveniently located very close to Shuhe Ancient Town, making it wonderfully relaxing to return after a day of exploring. The picturesque surroundings mean every photo you snap looks like a postcard. It's truly perfect for a family getaway.

The hotel environment was beautiful and comfortable, and our family had a very pleasant stay. The iced sour plum soup was delicious, refreshing, and great for beating the heat. The fruits and desserts were excellent; we even asked how to purchase some to take home for the kids. Breakfast was plentiful and nutritious, and the rice noodles were especially tasty. During check-in, the staff proactively offered us extra children's slippers and complimentary breakfast for our child. The only minor drawback was the absence of a laundry room or self-service laundry facilities. The staff did provide laundry detergent and a drying rack. However, the hotel's laundry service is outsourced, incurs a fee, and takes a day to return, which was a bit inconvenient. At check-out, the lovely staff member, Jiaojiao, even gifted our child a beautiful coffee cup. All the front desk staff provided excellent service. I'd like to offer a suggestion regarding a small incident that occurred just before our departure. Staying at a hotel is meant to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We had an early start, finished breakfast, and returned to our room to pack and prepare for departure. It was probably not yet 9:00 AM, and our door was open with us still inside when housekeeping staff came very early to ask if we needed cleaning. They were talking very loudly outside, which could be heard clearly from a distance. When we went to the front desk to check out, we overheard housekeeping staff again urging about rooms that hadn't checked out. Given how early it still was, this gave us the uncomfortable impression of being rushed out.

The facilities are excellent, and the room was spotless and tidy. The surrounding area offers incredible convenience for dining, entertainment, and transport, and the neighborhood environment is fantastic. It's an ideal base for family trips. The young lady at the front desk was exceptionally warm and welcoming.

Everything was perfect, with the only minor exception being the absence of a restroom in the ground floor lobby. While this lounge area offered sofas, a TV, and a tea set, we generally avoided spending time downstairs due to the lack of a nearby toilet. The two upstairs rooms were perfect: one with twin beds, the other with a king-sized bed. Both were equipped with desks, balconies, and clothes drying racks, and all toilets were bidet-equipped smart models. The hotel was very generous; bottled water was promptly replenished upon request, and tea, snacks, and fresh fruits were readily available in the hotel lobby. Breakfast was excellent and very generous, featuring a good selection of fresh vegetables. We were very satisfied. The hotel gardens were beautiful and perfect for a leisurely stroll after meals. Just a small suggestion for improvement: Although the restaurant closes at 10 PM, some guests were still finishing their meals. Could the TV not be switched off *exactly* at 10 PM? We were watching TV while eating, and it was abruptly turned off. It would be much better to wait until all guests have finished eating and left before turning off the television. Otherwise, it feels a bit rigid and lacks a touch of warmth.

This garden hotel boasts a balcony and a spacious living room. The breakfast is plentiful, and the place is immaculately clean. Its location is incredibly convenient, with the ancient town right on its doorstep. Absolutely great value for money, highly recommended!

The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning and offer a truly relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean, equipped with modern smart facilities, and everything feels brand new. You can enjoy the beautiful views of the grounds right from your room. The lobby offers complimentary self-service snacks and fruits. The hotel staff were all incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. Direct car access to the front desk is very convenient. What's more, the breakfast spread is quite extensive, offering exceptional value for money!

Absolutely fantastic! The villa hotel's grounds, especially after the rain, were truly beautiful and refreshing – perfect for some lovely travel photos! This is hands down the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at. The service from the front desk staff was absolutely superb. Our family, including elderly members and young children, arrived a bit late and it was raining. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly welcoming; she eagerly helped us with our luggage and and even held an umbrella for our older family members – such a thoughtful touch! The room itself was also great: clean, tidy, and the bedding was pristine and comfortable. Any items we requested were delivered very quickly. The buffet breakfast was decent. All in all, a truly excellent hotel that I highly recommend!

The room was spotless. The grounds were very pleasant, with lush greenery. The housekeepers provided excellent service; they were very meticulous and thoughtful. They even helped me bring in my clothes that were drying outside before it rained!

The Naxi-style courtyard hotel is just a block away from Shuhe Ancient Town. The entire property is impeccably clean and well-maintained. Our room was perfectly oriented, bathed in warm sunlight, spotlessly clean, tidy, and incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended – everyone should definitely check it out!

A big thank you to Ms. Fengjiao! Our four families were initially not accommodated in adjacent rooms. She kindly showed us a few different room types and made arrangements for us, specifically upgrading us to a family room which was perfect for looking after our seniors and children. We were also pleasantly surprised with complimentary fruits and drinks. We enjoyed our stay so much that after just one night, we decided to come back for another stay the very next day, even before leaving Lijiang. The fried noodles for breakfast were a big hit with the kids and very substantial. All the hotel staff were very kind and hospitable, and the hotel offers excellent value for money.
