Staying at the Lemon Tree Resort Hotel in Lijiang Old Town was a delightful surprise and a truly therapeutic experience during my trip. The location is a perfect blend of quiet and convenience; just a few steps out and you're on the bustling cobblestone streets, while closing the door brings you into a serene courtyard with lush greenery and gentle light. It's ideal for slowing down and simply relaxing. The room was spacious and comfortable, with soft bedding that made for a great night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent, offering a much-needed sense of relaxation after a long day. Attention to detail was evident: the bathroom and toiletries were top-notch, and the room was filled with natural light. The window view overlooking the courtyard was particularly uplifting. The butler service was thoughtful yet unobtrusive, and the breakfast was authentically local. Spending an afternoon sitting in the courtyard, soaking up the sun with a cup of tea, perfectly encapsulated the laid-back vibe Lijiang is known for. There's no need to rush to tourist spots here; simply unwinding in this hotel felt like the essence of travel itself.

This guesthouse in Lijiang Old Town is genuinely one of the larger and more impressive ones. The overall design is a classic Chinese garden style, with an antique, natural wood aesthetic throughout. Stepping inside immediately brings a sense of peace and comfort, perfectly capturing the charm of the ancient town while maintaining an elegant grandeur. The courtyard offers picturesque scenes at every turn; whether it's a corner of the garden, the connecting corridors, by the windows, or on the terrace, there are countless spots perfect for photos. Every shot feels atmospheric and is ideal for those who love photography. The afternoon tea prepared by the host was also excellent, with thoughtfully made desserts and drinks. Enjoying them leisurely in the courtyard truly enhanced the ambiance. The location is another huge plus. Right across the street is a parking lot with EV charging, which is incredibly convenient for self-drivers – no need to worry about parking or battery life. This makes getting around and handling luggage very easy. Overall, whether it's the environment, the experience, or the convenience, everything is exceptionally well-executed. It offers great value for money, providing a comfortable and worry-free stay. The overall experience was perfect.

This Lijiang Ancient Town gem of a high-end guesthouse offers an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm begonia fruit tea, freshly baked flower cakes, and fresh fruit – a truly thoughtful welcome. The afternoon tea drinks were exquisite, highly recommended; and the breakfast spread was abundant and very satisfying. The common areas are spacious and grand, featuring two elegant tea rooms, a must-visit for tea lovers. The butler and front desk staff provided continuous smiling service, attentive, thoughtful, and always ready to help. Staying here in Lijiang is definitely the right choice, I genuinely recommend it!

Traveling to Lijiang Ancient Town with my kids, choosing this guesthouse was absolutely the right decision! The biggest surprise was the built-in children's playground – both adults and kids loved it. My child played to their heart's content in the playground, while I leisurely took photos, feeling relaxed and worry-free. The guesthouse breakfast was rich and authentic; the freshly cooked rice noodles in a clay pot were incredibly flavorful and tasted genuine. I ate two servings and still wanted more. The room was spacious and grand, looking exactly like the pictures online with no false advertising, which made for a very comfortable stay. The public areas were huge, so we didn't even need to specifically visit the ancient town in the afternoon. Just relaxing in the courtyard with tea and enjoying an exquisite afternoon tea was enough for a perfect vacation. Overall, the stay was a 10/10, highly recommended for families traveling with children!

I chose Le Mansen this time because of the parking, and I booked the 'Jianbai Courtyard.' It was incredibly worth it! Even though I didn't pick the most expensive room, the moment I opened the door, I felt completely at peace 🍃. The room opens directly into the courtyard, and sitting on the small terrace, sipping tea and daydreaming, watching the light change on the white walls—this is truly the slow life of Lijiang. The room was clean and bright, the smart home features were easy to use, and the mattress made for a super comfortable sleep. The best part is that it's a quiet oasis in a bustling area; just around the corner is the lively main street, but when you return, you immediately find peace. Who wouldn't love a courtyard like this that combines great design with a sense of relaxation?

Service: Excellent. The location is very convenient, close to the entrance of the ancient city. The housekeeper was very kind, proactively helped with our luggage, and was always responsive to our needs. They even provided oxygen tanks in case of altitude sickness. The room was exceptionally clean, and the view was absolutely stunning and great for photos.
