I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Lijiang Tanchengji Hotel, definitely a five-star experience! 🌟 I'd like to thank the hotel staff for their attentive and thoughtful service. They were incredibly responsive and always willing to help, resolving any issues promptly. It really made me feel taken care of. The overall service was excellent, and the bedding was very comfortable, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The surrounding air was also fresh and pleasant. The hotel is very close to the Old Town, making it convenient for exploring. They even provide a large and spacious study area for kids – very student-friendly!!! Location, facilities, service, and cleanliness all get full marks! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lijiang; I'll definitely be back next time.

This was the third stop on our Lijiang trip, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It's every bit as good as the Jinmao Purelax. The hotel staff were incredibly engaged; you could really tell they felt a sense of belonging to their work. All the room facilities and amenities were fantastic, even the toothbrushes and toothpaste for the kids were better than what Purelax provided. If I come back to Lijiang, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

An absolutely wonderful hotel. Beautiful and comfortable. This is a place I would be very happy to stay at again. The reception service was warm, thoughtful, and meticulous, making for a great experience! The hotel's desserts and coffee were both excellent. The facilities are high-end and show great attention to detail. Upon leaving, they even gave me a local souvenir (aged white tea). The hotel's location is fantastic, right inside the ancient city, which is super convenient. There's even a side entrance that leads directly into the old town.

Traveling with a friend and their family, we carefully selected the TanCheng Ji Hotel in Lijiang, and our stay was fantastic! The location is superb, with a direct access gate from the hotel's side straight into Lijiang Old Town, and it's close to Zhongyi Market. The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling area, with an interior design that combines Zen-inspired elements with modern simplicity. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and a late-night sweet soup are provided, and the airport pick-up/drop-off service is quite comprehensive. All the staff members are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the in-room facilities are well-equipped, with good hygiene. This is an honest review, and I highly recommend it.

The hotel boasts a wonderful environment and attentive service. Beyond the usual fruit, our room also had red wine, and all beverages were complimentary. Its location is superb; you can drive right up to the front entrance, and the side exit leads directly into Lijiang Old Town, making shopping incredibly convenient. When we checked out, the concierge even gave us a farewell gift.

The hotel's location is convenient for getting around. The staff are all young, polite, and attentive, taking great care of us. The hotel offers a shuttle service, which is very convenient for guests. Every day, they'd ask if we needed any help and created a group chat for timely responses. The hotel is clean, tidy, and comfortable. There's also a great observation deck and even deer! The personalized management is excellent. The young ladies and gentlemen are all outstanding. The breakfast is rich, and the wontons are fantastic. The hotel's design is unique and definitely worth sharing.

The room was incredibly spacious. We stayed for four nights and even received a complimentary upgrade. The location is fantastic, with a side entrance leading directly into the ancient city. The service was exceptional, including pick-up and drop-off services. The afternoon tea was delightful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

The hotel is new and well-maintained, with an outstanding design. Both the hardware and software are excellent, and the service exceeded expectations – polite, professional, and always accommodating. It's much better than many top-tier brands. They even offered an invitation to the rooftop to photograph the snowy mountains, and there's direct access to the ancient city from the back gate. I hope to visit again.
