I recently stayed at Ans (安束) in Lijiang, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel is newly opened, and the highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view of Yulong Snow Mountain. We were lucky to witness Rì Zhào Jīn Shān (the golden sunrise glow on the peak) thanks to the perfect weather.
The hotel itself is modern and well-equipped. Our room was new and clean, equipped with thoughtful amenities like automatic curtains, a smart toilet, complimentary drinks and snacks, and a super comfortable bed. The heated mat was a lifesaver, making our stay even cozier.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ensuring our needs were met. Another great perk was the complimentary breakfast, which was not only delicious but also allowed us to enjoy the stunning mountain views while dining.
Overall, Ans (安束) provided a perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and breathtaking scenery. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lijiang!

This row of homestays is in a prime location for viewing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Unfortunately, the area nearby needs to be renovated, so the environment on one side is poor and the road coming in from the other side is relatively narrow, so you may need to reverse when meeting other cars. The courtyard is designed to be simple with some embellishments, but the steps leading to the guest rooms are not barrier-free, so the suitcases have to be carried up.
