Our stay was fantastic! The staff were so welcoming and the hotel's location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of the ancient city, but still wonderfully quiet. Our room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was as comfortable as home. The smart amenities were super convenient and thoughtful. The service was excellent, from the welcome tea and snacks to the afternoon tea service, every detail was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and diverse, and the afternoon tea was exquisite. The ambiance was lovely, perfect for relaxing and unwinding during afternoon tea. The staff were warm, professional, and always smiling. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang!

Fuman Hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town, within walking distance of Zhongyi Market, yet it boasts a secluded and tranquil courtyard where lush greenery and the snow-capped mountains complement each other beautifully. The guest rooms are elegantly designed, with bedding as soft as clouds, and convenient, thoughtful smart devices. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – Lijiang free-range chicken and fried sauce rice noodles, very delicious. The afternoon tea snacks were exquisite and tasty, making for a very enjoyable experience. The staff were genuinely friendly, offering attentive care from check-in to check-out. They proactively provided travel advice, making the journey worry-free and fulfilling. The attention to detail truly reflects their dedication: complimentary drinks, welcome tea and snacks, immaculate public areas… every little touch made me feel the warmth of 'home.' Had a fantastic stay! The hotel is right in the city center, making it super convenient to get around, and the area is really vibrant. Overall, I was really satisfied! The hotel is located just outside the South Gate of Lijiang Old Town. There are three old towns in Lijiang, and Lijiang Old Town is the most famous, so I chose this hotel nearby. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the Old Town. The hotel has five floors of guest rooms, and the fifth, sixth, and seventh floors all have observation decks with views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The fifth-floor deck has a coffee shop where you can have breakfast and afternoon tea. The sixth and seventh floors are higher up and offer even more expansive views. The seventh floor has a small floral arch, which is a perfect spot for taking photos of the snow mountain, specially designed for that purpose. The hotel has its own exclusive parking lot nearby, and the owner even comes to pick you up on an electric scooter, so you don't have to worry about finding your way. Parking in Lijiang Old Town is very expensive, costing 50-80 RMB per night, but here it's free, which is a huge bonus. The room I stayed in was very spacious, with central air conditioning, a projector, a smart toilet, and a Dyson hairdryer. The bedding was very comfortable, and all the items in the room were branded, even the kettle was quite unique. Oh, and there's also a communal laundry room on the sixth floor, which perfectly solves the problem of laundry while traveling – so thoughtful! The staff were patient and attentive throughout my stay.

The car can drive right up to the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, and the place was spotless. The view from the fifth floor is absolutely stunning – you can see the sunset and the entire Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. No need to wake up early to catch the 'golden glow' sunrise at the scenic spot; you can see it right from the rooftop! The room facilities are very new, and all the brands are top-notch. The mattress was super comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this to friends.
